We paid extra for a acccessible room and never got it. Very poor customer service to correct the situation.

酒店回复: I would like to respond to your review. Our Handi-cap rooms do not cost extra; they are the same price as a single. I do regret that we were overbooked on that room type. For that, I am very sorry. I am the one that upgraded you to a kitchenette suite... Free of Charge. The suite is so much bigger and more comfortable, I assumed that you would like it too. Apparently, I was wrong and I am truly sorry about that also.

这是6号汽车旅馆。物有所值，房间干净，床也基本够用。而且他们确实做到了。房间比我住过的一些价格高出三倍的酒店还要干净。真是太棒了！我已经在这里住过三次了，现在它已经成为我旅途中必去的住处之一了。
