The staff did not give very good customer service. They do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs as advertised on their website, The room was Not clean! And the cover to the AC was broken. If I didn't notice before my kids it would've fell on their toes!

The mattresses had stains on them the room smelled like dirty bleach water the walls were nasty and the water in the bathroom barely ran and never really got hot there was a desk phone with no cord

Room bedding were terrible, felt extremely uncomfortable sleeping at on them. Asked for more blankets/sheets no accommodation. Let out couch bed was disgusting. Never will I go back

Check with hotel!!!!!!!
Make sure you call in advance to make sure the room you are booking is the right one, I was mislead about the room setup and had to endure one little space with 5 people!!!!!!!

Furnishings are very outdated. Hallway carpet was not clean at all. Pullout bed was not sturdy at all and needed replacing.

Well I would like to start off by saying the staff was friendly and helpful. We had asked for a room downstairs which we did get. There a few things that I wish I would have known; first the people that smoke outside the smells would come in to the room since we were close to an exit door. Second our room looked like they were in the process of being remodeled and was not completed. Maybe the rest of the floors those rooms may have look more inviting. We had a lot of spiderwebs with spiders in the corners of the room.

The staff here was terrible - zero customer service.
We checked in at 9:30 after a long day of travelling. They charged an additional $100 security deposit which I am still waiting to be refunded. They put us between 2 families that were running between rooms all night and making all sorts of noise. We went down to complain and also ask for an extra pillow. They had none.
This morning we went to shower and there was no hot water, or water pressure. Breakfast ended at 9:30 and at 9:35 we attempted to go grab a pack of oatmeal and water and were greeted with a very unfriendly worker. Nothing had been put away yet. Overall it was just a bad experience, the location was a little sketchy and the room was clean-ish but the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Will not be going back thankfully !

HORRIBLE & DIRTY
When we pulled into the lot we thought oh no!! garbage in the entry way and parking lot. Large holes in the screens, people lounging in the very small lobby, which was also very dirty and smelled of Hash. WE just turned around and left. I called and cancelled immediately. Went to the Holiday Inn across the street.
