Our room was not very clean. Had issues with the TV and lights but they took care of that as soon as it was reported to them. Bathroom needs a very good scrubbing and lights replaced. Lights were very dim in it. Staff was very helpful and polite.

I truly appreciate the hotel being pet friendly, and the gentleman who checked me in the last 2 times I've been there is very nice. My only complaint may be out of your control, and that is that trash blows over from the drive through next door to your parking lot.

The doors on the end of the building do not lock. So anyone can come in those. That would be my only real complaint. Everything else is as advertised. 2nd stay here.

You're in the midst of dispensaries if thats what you're there for. The hotel itself was kept clean. It appeared they were updating some rooms but kept the interruption of it to a minimum. They did not tell us the hours for their breakfast, nor did we see it posted either. So we unfortunately missed it and cannot tell you what was offered. Didn't use the indoor pool, their were guests enjoying it. We had booked a room with a jetted tub to enjoy. However upon turning the jets on, it was filled with disgusting soap scum and filth. When mentioned to the front desk, the same gentlemen who checked us in, how filthy and disappointing it was because that was part of why we chose the room, the only response was "oh, sorry."

The employee's were nice. No soap in room. Bedding had quite a few stains and a pillow didnt have a pillow case on it. Microwave dirty. Floors and BR appeared clean.

I had to get switched 3 different rooms at 2am because there were bugs and trash just everywhere in each room I took pictures there was pee on the toilet residue on the tables like I have a 3 year old who could of touched something from the previous people they don’t keep the place clean
