Didn’t enjoy are room at all. 1st room given to us had a odor so bad we had to get transferred to another and then that room had a odor as well just not as bad as the 1st one (we had went to the front desk and asked for some spray and they gave us a plug-in lol. Next they had flies and gnats, carpet had some sort of stains in it, the bottom of the dresser needed fixing (falling apart), toilet seat loose, bathtub floor bottom wasn’t grounded and seemed like it was trying to separate, window screen had holes in it (explains flies). Thanks for a memorable 1 day stay because we couldn’t have stayed there any longer.

Room was dirty, realized later the next day my socks were black. Shower and faucet leaked. Bathroom was run down. Be extra careful getting in shower, no grippies and the tub actually would sink when standing in it. Mattresses too big for frames and kept sliding off. Alot of young adults running around all hours, was up till 4 a.m. first night because they were walking around screaming, till cops came and kicked one of them out. Couple of homeless people hanging around. The pool, even though I didn't go in, looks amazing though. All these things were not realized till next morning, and we had already switched rooms once because first one the TV didn't work and no one could fix it.

very clean, but outdated. damp smell inside the room, noisy environment and surroundings . nice people at the reception. didn't use the pool, so I can't share comments on that

The room I reserved online was not the room I was given. I checked in at 6 pm and was told the room suite I had reserved was not available and my option was to cancel the reservation. Well that’s not ideal after traveling 5 hours and trying to find a place to sleep at the last minute. Spoke with the manager the next morning and nothing was done except offering an apology. The room was clean but bathroom and furniture is outdated. Don’t expect a good breakfast. They only had hostess doughnuts, juice and coffee. I will not stay here again.

Need firmer beds the beds are to soft and need fluffy pillows everything else was great the pool area was nice and clean my room was nice and clean the house keeper was very pleasant and very nice my room was very comfortable and very spacious I recommend going to this hotel 💯

I will never recommend anyone, nor will I ever come back! Your employees are rude. I came down for breakfast and was pointed over to the corner that only had coffee on the table. I told them I had coffee in my room and your desk person got very rude and asked me what room I was in as if she was going to put me out for saying this is false advertisement. at the wee hours of Sunday morning (2-3am) my guest went down to ask for more toilet paper because you all only put one new roll in there with a half-used roll for two guests staying for two nights. Just to be told "we don't have any, you have to use the tissue box". Never in my entire life have I've ever been told we could not have more toilet paper and to use tissue box. I wasn't even asking for complimentary items. These are things you're SUPPOSED TO HAVE for your guest. I will be posting my review on the BBB because you all are a complete joke.

The ceiling caved in with water upon entry, we are charged to use the pool which was not mentioned to beforehand, the key cards went bad, and there was a charge to use the hide-a-bed or pull out mattress. Even though we registered for three guests, they still charged us for this. We will not be back.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Roseville/Detroit Area and it was a disaster from start to finish. Upon entering my initial room, I was hit with a strong cigarette smell that permeated every corner. After requesting a room change, I was transferred to another room that unfortunately suffered from the same issue - cigarette smelling pillowcases, blankets, and sheets. The security concerns were equally alarming. The peepholes in the doors had been sanded, obscuring the view from the inside, making me feel vulnerable. The corridors were frequently filled with yelling voices, and I felt compelled to secure my door with a chair to ensure it remained shut. The hotel's failure to address these basic issues is inexcusable. As a paying customer, I expect a clean and secure environment, and Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Roseville/Detroit Area fell far short of these expectations. I implore potential guests to exercise caution and consider alternative options. Until the hotel takes concrete steps to address these concerns, I cannot recommend it to anyone.
