There was sand in the bed from my walking on the floors in bare feet. My phone lost internet connection and looked like it might have been hacked. Staff at the front desk were helpful and polite.

This is an older hotel with new carpet, bedding, and finishes. The hallways look old and the bathtub/shower area was definitely in need of a refresh. The caulking was old and we had trouble getting water to come out for the shower. The beds were clean and comfortable. The property is very clean. The breakfast was ok: waffles were excellent. Weird egg patty/disks were almost edible. There was no coffee pot in our room but the front desk scrounged one up along with two decaf coffee packets. The people were very friendly and welcoming.

Not as described. No cafe on site, No fitness center, "breakfast" consists of coffee, cold cereal and a few cartons of yogurt. Rented a King-sized "non-smoking" room that smelled of smoke and did not have either the rainfall showerhead or in-room coffee. Very basic and overpriced.

The room was nice but very average. The walls could use some refreshening. The back door was unlocked and could be entered without a key. The bed and pillows were comfortable! The breakfast was average.

Don’t use ******* to book. They won’t help whatsoever in getting a refund for unacceptable conditions.

Friendly staff. Chairs in breakfast area need to be replaced. Very soiled. Desk chair in room also very worn. But, the room was clean and breakfast is always good when there are waffles.
Staff recommended the Winona Family Restaurant for supper which was very good.

It was an unexpected overnight and we didn't have a lot of choices with it being Friday night. Checkin we were asked to switch to a non accessible room that was also on the ground floor. We agreed to that. Our room was ok.smelled a bit musty. TV had some issues with blurring at times. But we were tired. Woke at midnight to banging on the door next to us and men yelling. Bathroom is very small. We discovered that 2 of the 3 washcloths had black stains on them. Yuck....also the coffee cups provided were not in plastic wrap. Who knows where those had been. All in all we are unlikely to choose another days inn.

Won’t stay again
The room smelt horrible. The second room smelt like fish. This hotel needs updating horribly. Also no elevator, not convenient.
