Perfect location for shopping and dining. Centrally located for beach days and golf days. Uber to downtown was reasonable. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. However, I had to request my room be cleaned after two days and when it finally was, I discovered the sheets were not changed and only the bed was made. This was disappointing because I expected to slip into fresh sheets after a shower.

My husband and I throughly appreciate the great customer service with every single staff member at the hotel. Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful. This hotel is in the perfect location. We will definitely be back.

Great location, great staff. Booked an accessible room. Maybe it's me but I'm used to the shower head reaching all the way to the seated shower chair..usually they are extra long. Maybe I'm incorrect? Other than that , im booked again to come back.

前台工作人员和调酒师都很友好、周到且知识渊博。但酒店本身管理很差。我们刚到的时候，走进一个房间，沉重的推拉镜门上有两条大裂缝；保险箱不能用；天花板看起来随时都会塌陷。他们给我们换了一个稍微好一点的房间，但问题也类似：保险箱坏了，天花板瓷砖从灰泥中裂开；电话不能用；淋浴间和马桶都生锈了，因为马桶盖太旧了，冲不干净。更糟糕的是，两天没有客房服务。清洁人员从我出差（早上 6:50）一直工作到我回来（晚上 8:00），但我的房间仍然没有人动过。就连大堂的浴室也没什么清洁用品。前台尽力提供了新的床单，但显然不够。我向酒店和 ******* 报告了此事。我们正在等待答复。
这次的体验还不错。我之前住过这家酒店，感觉比这里更好。
