The locaion was excellent for all the parks and other attractions that we wanted to see.
We could also walk to restaurants snd stores in Keystone. Great location.

The staff is awesome. We stayed there 2 nights and I left my extra pair of glasses in the room. They found them and is sending them to our home in Michigan, no charge. It was convenient having the restaurant in the hotel. Staff and waiters were polite and helpful.

Road trip
Staff very friendly. Bathroom floors very slippery, even without a shower being taken ..almost greasy like. Very strong lysol/bleach smell which is probably due to pool area. Room was very tight fit. Within walking distance to restaurant and shops.

This place was clean. They have a restaurant connected that’s convenient. The rooms are definitely outdated and a little dingy with the lighting and had a funny smell… But we stayed in Keystone to be close to Mt Rushmore and the location was perfect.

The room was very small, the bathroom was setup for handicapped but very small for handicapped. Very hard to stay connected to WFI. Not worth it for the price you pay.

This property is in a tight space between mountains, but they made it workable. Well kept, staff was great, pool & hot tub were nice. The only draw back was not serving breakfast. But they had coffee & tea at all hours at the ready & there were muffins.
