The receptionist was delightful and very helpful, the room was clean, and I Loved the coffee or tea in the lobby with 24 hour availability.

Great room. Pool is too cold and elevators are rickety as hell, considered the stairs on multiple trips up and down. Breakfast this morning there was no special items being made besides waffles. Last time there was plenty of breakfast staff making multiple kinds of food.

Kim at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was always well stocked and had a good variety of foods available.

Got woken up at 10:30 pm being accused of smoking in the room and we don’t even smoke. The keys were programmed for a one night stay we had booked for two nights so we got locked out. The $500 deposit cause we live locally was a bit steep just cause we live nearby and then it took a week to be placed back into my card and we were told it would be a “pending” hold and they allowed the charge to clear taking my money away for the whole week. No other hotels around the area do that. Pool and jacuzzi was great!

Overall, we were very happy with this property. The suite is clean, spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable sofa in the living room area. There is an abundance of outlets and lights throughout the bedroom and living room. The bed is nice and comfortable, so we slept very well. The bathroom is roomy with a large mirror and vanity, and the shower is excellent. The lighting in the bathroom could stand to be brighter. The restaurant on-property has limited hours, so we didn't get to try it. We didn't see other restaurants nearby so drove a couple of miles to find a place to eat. All in all, we felt this was a fantastic value for the price we paid.
