The property is lovely and convenient to a major roadway that can get you anywhere in the NOVA/DC area.
The rooms were clean. I must have overlooked the fact that there wasn’t a microwave provided in the rooms. Additionally the bed seemed lopsided like it wasn’t on the frame appropriately. Otherwise, it was quiet, well maintained with nice amenities to include a Keurig in the room.

Not happy with housekeeping
The room was clean. I was disappointing in housekeeping that they’re knocking on your door at 9:45 in the morning and your checkouts at 12 waking me up. I didn’t appreciate that.

My only complaint was that there was a group out at the pool until 2 am who were quite loud. Fortuneately I am able to sleep through it.

预订的是大床房。
酒店超卖了，只给了我们两张单人床的房间。
也没有任何补偿。
我要求和经理通话，但两天了都没接到经理的电话。
以后不会再住这家酒店了。
位置和服務都很好
前台服务员两次刷卡支付押金，被指出后还笑了。其他客人抱怨收费过高，但他似乎对一切都漫不经心。我们要求洗澡时，只有两个人，却只给了我们一条毛巾，我们请求帮助时，被告知他们（客房服务人员）不会说英语。
在这里住了一晚，酒店氛围很好，但是我们遇到了很多问题。入住很顺利，但两部电梯中有一部坏了。我们出去很晚才回来，钥匙也坏了。下楼后，前台不知道原因，花了几分钟才拿到能用的钥匙。这时我已经筋疲力尽，只想进房间。早上 9:11，客房服务人员多次试图在没有敲门的情况下打开我的门，当时我们正在睡觉。幸运的是，我使用了门上的安全锁。糟糕的经历。
我 5 天前预订了一张特大床，但被告知很抱歉没有空房。当时是下午 4 点 15 分，而入住时间是下午 3 点或 4 点。当被问到他打算怎么办时......他说我无能为力......抱歉......
