The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Due to two separate reservations, I had two different rooms, and both beds were extremely uncomfortable. It's time for them to replace their mattress

Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning was too cold; I had to shut it off. I was pleased they had two washers & dryers (one washer was out of order.) I travel light so it's helpful to have laundry facilities. Liked the complimentary fruit bowl. Had a nice bowl of cereal for breakfast one morning at a reasonable price. Appreciated their free airport shuttle at 6:00 am - as did the 11 other people riding with me. I will return!

前台服务员两次刷卡支付押金，被指出后还笑了。其他客人抱怨收费过高，但他似乎对一切都漫不经心。我们要求洗澡时，只有两个人，却只给了我们一条毛巾，我们请求帮助时，被告知他们（客房服务人员）不会说英语。
在这里住了一晚，酒店氛围很好，但是我们遇到了很多问题。入住很顺利，但两部电梯中有一部坏了。我们出去很晚才回来，钥匙也坏了。下楼后，前台不知道原因，花了几分钟才拿到能用的钥匙。这时我已经筋疲力尽，只想进房间。早上 9:11，客房服务人员多次试图在没有敲门的情况下打开我的门，当时我们正在睡觉。幸运的是，我使用了门上的安全锁。糟糕的经历。
我 5 天前预订了一张特大床，但被告知很抱歉没有空房。当时是下午 4 点 15 分，而入住时间是下午 3 点或 4 点。当被问到他打算怎么办时......他说我无能为力......抱歉......
