离沙滩很近，附近街道很多小吃和商店超市，非常方便，交通也便捷，挺不错的。黄金海岸什么都好就是瓶装水太贵了，附近有家很好吃的贝果店，推荐尝尝。
从布里斯班公共交通抵达酒店的，路上也是妙趣横生，酒店位置挺好的，不过相对有点老了，楼下就是商场，而且很多好吃的，还有周杰伦打卡过的咖啡店elk，以及买伴手礼的精致小店，很方便
住了两晚，第一晚还半夜突然想起了警报🚨估计有人偷偷抽烟
酒店有很多年了，维护的还是不错的。前台告诉了我们新加入会员的抽奖活动，拿到了饮品券，还是挺贴心的。早餐丰富，一天有味增汤，另一天有叻沙汤，喜欢！
总体来说很棒，位置非常方便，酒店旁边就有个购物中心，一层有超市，步行十来分钟有黄金海岸地区最大的购物中心，吃饭的地方也很多。离海滩很近，步行大概五分钟左右就到。房间虽然年代比较久，但是设施都还算完好，住着挺舒服的。
携程多年的第一次差评，真心劝所有朋友【不要选择这一家】哪怕只要几百块一晚。
设施：订的河景给游泳池景、工地景，各种货不对板。二十多年的酒店反正和现代化无关，这个浴室真太旧太脏了…
卫生：到处都是灰，从床头柜到写字台满满的灰，这房间难道是空了很久没人住吗？马桶竟然有陈年黄…不知道多久没彻底清洁了
服务：我定了两个房间，结果第二个房间超售，哪怕我们下午去check in了房间也不留给我们，同天还是我老公生日，吵了一个多小时才同意把我们安顿去附近酒店还一直说这个酒店太贵。原来竟然要我们去【8公里之外的酒店】在荒郊野岭的国家公园里。我们还带着70多岁的老人，心很累，怎么会有这种处理流程。
不知道平台是不是惹到他们酒店了，客人的优先级最低，到处为难，一定要吵架才给补偿【我是来度假的不是来吵架的】太累了。
1. 押金预授权刷了200，结果入住当天半夜变成了pos消费202.8，刷预授权还能涉及surcharge？押金能偷偷变成消费吗？这次澳洲住了十多间酒店第一次听说，又要浪费时间吵架2.电吹风都破裂成这样了，说真的换了吧，我住酒店还要帮你们修电器啊
酒店预定前知道是一个老牌五星酒店，也知道设施很老旧，但去了感觉实际还是不错的，周六当天太多的酒店涨价非常离谱。但它家价位很良心啦，酒店楼下不远有轻轨站，可在Broadbeach North车站下车.
大堂虽然不奢华，起初我还以为酒店不怎么样呢，但一踏进门，礼宾部的服务人员就非常热情地帮我搬行李，还送上欢迎饮品，服务态度特别好。我住过很多五星级酒店，但这位礼宾部的先生/女士不仅穿着得体，待人热情，甚至在我退房时还记得我的名字。这让我心情特别好。
19楼的景色也真是绝了！虽然我忘了名字，但非常感谢那位棕色头发、漂亮的前台女士！我在房间里休息得特别好，窗外的景色是亮点。游泳池、酒店位置、周边的餐厅和海滩都非常棒。房间也很干净，床铺很舒服。强烈推荐！
办理入住很愉快。等候办理入住时，酒店提供了香槟，前台服务也很周到。房间干净宽敞，还有一个小阳台，可以看到美丽的海景。总的来说，我很享受这次住宿。唯一美中不足的是电梯。根据我的个人经验，似乎每次都要等很久，有时电梯停下来的时候又挤满了人，所以不得不等下一趟，希望下一趟能有空位。但除此之外，我还会再次入住，因为所需的一切都在酒店内或周边区域。
我和妻子在索菲特酒店度过了一个愉快的蜜月假期。
房间很棒，风景优美，员工也很友好。
这是我们在黄金海岸的一次绝佳体验！
位置超棒！我们一办理入住，他们就送上了两杯香槟——这个小细节很贴心，而且香槟也超级好喝😋。唯一的小缺点是下午三点才能入住有点晚，提前安排行程时稍微有点麻烦。但总的来说，其他一切都很完美！
