I spent the weekend there with my wife and child & every member of staff was fantastic! Emily does an amazing job of managing this hotel and making sure her staff are well trained in all areas! Kalinas housekeepers had my room spotless! Stephen’s charisma and friendly nature on reception as we went down for breakfast was second to none! Of course Marks breakfast was 10/10! Charlie was also great during breakfast asking for check backs of off all guests and initiating conversation!! & finally Samanta on reception, greeting us with a friendly smile and making my daughter laugh!! Thank you to everyone!

I have visited this Travelodge on several occasion and this started off quite negative due to the rude nature of the Assistant manager. All started fine as we started checking in until she said we didn’t have breakfast booked. I explained that we had booked this when we made the booking and that’s when the rudeness started stating that nothing was showing on her screen even turning the screen to us to justify her rudeness her attitude soon changed when I produced the email confirmation showing that we had booked breakfast for the 2 days. She was also rude to my mum when it came to registering our car so we didn’t have to pay for parking due to having my disabled brother with us. We have never had to register the car before on our other visits and her attitude was well I’ve been here for 3 years and people have always had to do it she wouldn’t accept the fact that we have never had to do it before. After this our stay was fine apart from having to check out early on the Thursday evening due to having to race home due to a family emergency at home which meant we missed out on out breakfast on the Friday morning. So that is why I have scored this as a 3 star on this occasion.

住宿环境非常吵闹。不要选择一楼的房间。早餐上得非常慢，食物又干又煮过头了。
