The service was very pleasant, the rooms were spacious and I truly appreciated the water views. It was all wonderful. The breakfast was also one for the books. Would definitely recommend

Run down and lacks atmosphere. Slow but friendly service - we just came for lunch with our family and as a trip down memory lane. No ambience like it used to have. Lunch was tasty but took ages to arrive. Don’t see the need to return again. Why did they change everything around?!

我在加勒比湾酒店的体验非常棒。2023年我再次入住，感觉依然如此。这家酒店我会一遍又一遍地推荐。我很喜欢从房间就能看到湖景的景色。酒店的结构也让我很满意。总的来说，酒店的外观和维护都很棒。抵达后，工作人员迅速给予了我们帮助，我们很快就安顿好了房间。所以，我要特别感谢2025年3月6日我们抵达那天在前台的工作人员。房间、舒适度和清洁度都非常棒。餐饮和餐厅服务也非常棒。总的来说，我喜欢这家酒店的一切。

很好的酒店，Gateman一定会留下一千个回忆，泳池和大坝的景色都很特别。我对我的房间不满意，看起来很累，浴室门关不上，房间电话坏了，空调关掉后会滴水。我告诉服务员以及前台团队在我们退房之前什么也没做。他们可以在房间维护方面做得更好。
卡里巴湖畔制定的基本标准。非常适合那些不寻求卓越设施和中高端住宿装饰的客人。该酒店虽然是卡里巴历史上作为湖滨目的地的标志性建筑，但可以进行全面的翻新工程，恢复其昔日的辉煌。
工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。房间宽敞，空调运转良好。房间里有冰箱还是蛮方便的。可爱的淋浴间。
晚餐时餐厅的驱蚊喷雾非常好。食物很受欢迎，而且质量也很昂贵。
对房间里的浴巾很失望，有污渍，很旧，而且令人不愉快。客房服务团队需要彻底清除这些问题。
