Staff were friendly and caring, always willing to chat and help with anything I asked. Overall the stay was great had no issues, no noise great sleep with a comfy bed.

Stayed at the travelodge Medway M2 with my family, we booked 2 rooms both were next to each other very clean and comfortable the room was spacious we all had a bed. There were 1 adult 2 children to a room. We had the breakfast boxes on the morning which had a great variety of choice. Staff went above and beyond expectations nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

After a messy separation and leaving the family home, I checked into the Travelodge M2 one late evening in October. I had hit rock bottom and didn't think things would get better. I just wanted to say that I am so grateful for the warmth I was shown from the staff. They were so friendly and the compassion they showed me during that time was just what I needed. I handed my keys back this morning (12/01/26) almost in disbelief that I weathered that storm and came out the other side. Thank you so much to all the staff that helped me along my way. From the smiles, greetings and small conversations I am truly grateful. 5 star service

Good location, friendly,welcoming staff.No complaints.The room was very clean,quiet and comfortable with a nice view of the local countryside.The car park was handily right outside the front with plenty of spaces

Hotel is great location just on the M2 service station. Ideal stop off before or after your ferry crossing Limited parking first come first served Check in was easy, receptionist very friendly Room was clean, it did smell a little, flushed toilet and it went (although nothing was in the toilet) We were on the ground floor at the front. Our window was slightly open on the catch when we entered, think it was broken as we could not close it. Through this we were able to hear the traffic noise although it was not that bad in the night. The only negative I have is being woken up at 5.30am in the morning by delivery vans or guest leaving and being loud outside the front car park.

The Travelodge was clean, warm and a welcome stay, a lady called Tracey was very welcoming. The Travelodge was great for getting into London and the surrounding towns.

我们住了两周，在这两周里，他们没有打扫浴室，也没有打扫房间，甚至没有一天，床上用品在一周后以及连续三天去接待处要求后更换了要做的，像这样的清洁度真是太糟糕了，接待处的关注真是太棒了。
酒店接待人员非常友好、乐于助人且热情。酒店需要更新，但是地毯散发出的霉味非常廉价，需要更新，浴室天花板上有黑色痕迹。酒店绝对需要翻新。
