One of the best lodge experiences We’ve had. The food deserves special mention—excellent taste and quality at every meal. The staff was always smiling, polite, and incredibly cooperative. First off, the managers are wonderful and talented in many areas. Be sure to buy an authentic Indian cookbook for less than $7 USD. The food there is varied, healthy and incredibly tasty. So impressed. The rooms were spotless and the hospitality was top notch. Absolutely zero complaints. Can’t say enough.

Had stayed in Kanha Jungle Lodge with family in Oct 2025. It is an awesome jungle lodge located very close to the Mukki gate. The owners and hosts Dimple,Tarun and their son Jai are very involved in the operations of the lodge. They take a keen and genuine interest on our drive experiences and share an immense amount of knowledge about the park. Everyday of our stay they made sure that there was always something novel at the lodge to enhance our experience. Right from the cute handwritten welcome note, hand wrapped homemade chocolates and cookies, tea by the riverside, an absolutely amazing candlelight dinner lit up only with dia's to sumptuous meals catering to our needs the list could go on. What really shines through is their sheer joy in enhancing the client experience. They are supported by their lovely and experienced team. Vinay our naturalist was very knowledgeable and helped us identify a variety of birds and regaled us with many amusing stories of the jungles inhabitants. Jai who accompanied us on a ride explained about the variety of flora and fauna in jungle. His love and enthusiasm for the jungle is quite infectious. The park itself is abundant with wildlife and we were blessed with a variety of sightings including the majestic Tiger, Leopard,Wild dogs, Barasingha, Blackbuck, Gaur, Sambhar,Spotted deer,Jackal,Wildboar etc. Our rooms were spaciaus and well equipped with some nice little touches. Overall it was a lovely trip and we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of Kanha Jungle Lodge. We have stayed in many jungle lodges both in India and abroad. Kanha Jungle Lodge ranks among the very best of them and is definitely and must visit place!!!

Amazing experience at Kanha the lodge is wonderful in all aspects the attention to detail the history of the family running it quality of sleep was brilliant only issue was had to get up too early for the game drives. The meals are good and have an authentic taste and look but every meal was tasty and every night we eat in a different location under the stars. The packed breakfasts where a reql highlight and perfect to east at the picnic spot in the park. game viewing was super seeing at least 2 Tiger spots each drive. The forest is beautiful the tall sal trees casing shadows and creating shade

The property is very well maintained and the courtesy extended to guests is top notch!! Imagine getting a wet towel and fresh juice every time you are back from safari. The owners and staff were so friendly, making sure that we had the best experience possible. From the moment we arrived it was clear that nothing was too much trouble; our comfort was priority. Both my husband and I have food intolerances and were told to ask for whatever we wanted for our meals and it would be provided - and it was. There were lovely personal touches: a hand made welcome card and hand made welcome chocolates; a jar of cookies in the room; either the owners or our Naturalist sitting at the table at meal times with us; evening meals taken at various sites around the grounds by candle and lamplight; these extra, thoughtful touches made all the difference making us feel valued and part of a big family. I think that's the best way to describe it - we felt like part of the family. Dimple and Tarun were highly visible and always interested in what we had seen and done, and keen to pass on information about the history of the Lodge. The Naturalist, Chaitali, who came on every game drive with us, was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about the wildlife. On our last morning she took us for a walk around the grounds pointing out things we would otherwise have missed. The sightings in Kanha National Park itself had also been brilliant, (tigers, sloth bears and swamp deer to name but a few). Our room was very comfortable and clean. All the staff were lovely. We had a wonderful stay here - thank-you all very, very much.

We have just returned from tiger safaris in 3 different national parks and Kanha Jungle lodge was by far the nicest and most welcoming place we stayed in. Dimple and her team looked after us beautifully - the rooms were spacious and comfortable, food exquisite and the attention to detail and hospitality was wonderful. We've all come away with Dimple's favourite recipes of Kanha Jungle lodge and have plans to recreate some of them at home. The local civet cat and flying squirrel were a bonus and the lodge is near the reserve which is beautiful and rewarded us with excellent tiger and other wildlife sightings. I particularly enjoyed learning more about the park, its inception and current management, and am very impressed by all the work being done to preserve tigers in the wild. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
