View was amazing from the 21 floor. Food was good but the reservation system on the app for the restaurants is confusing and it doesn't work.

The only thing I don’t like is no music in the Adult pool with the bar and also Mexican Music or Banda Music not playing at all, all people National and forging wants to listen traditional music from Mazatlan.

The stay was amazing! Great rooms, views and staff! Out third time and we will go again for sure. We have two boys and they had the best time ever!!!!

Suite was clean and comfortable (a little outdated). Staff was superior. Amenities and food fabulous. Only criticism is there’s no adult pool so lots of kids in all 5 pools

食物一般般。有些小细节他们如果改进一下，会带来很大的不同，比如汉堡肉饼，太糟糕了。我觉得他们应该不难找到更好的肉和面包。
食物很美味，乐队有点吵，但这并不是酒店的错，好在他们很早就离开了。
