Great location near the middle of town and near all the amenities and sights. Special shout out to the receptionist who was extremely helpful with our bags and gave us a warm welcome - excellent service which we thank you for. Rooms are clean, made up and comfortable and the Hotel is quiet. Nice hot shower. Only negative is the nearest car park feels expensive for 24 hours and doesn't provide easy access to the Hotel. Great place for our Birthday trip.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff, the building itself needs alot of tlc with a lot of scratches and dents and stains around but overall all clean and the customer service I received made up for any dated bits of the hotel. The staff could not do enough for me helped me with extra towels and loo roll and gave me all the directions I needed for the local area.

Mixed Bag: good central location and compared to other hotels/B and B has a relatively low nightly rate. Booked a 28 day stay for £1022. Cleaning of room good. Noisy corridors and some noisy guests - which was brought to the the attention of staff following one night of door slamming on the hour every hour! Fire alarms going off on a regular basis. Good value hotel for a few nights in Worcester ( see the town/ nightlife etc) - Yes. Longer term business/ personal stays - depends on your budget but I would say check other accommodation first and make a decision from there. Receptionist was handing out cards encouraging guests to leave reviews.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of worcester facing the catherdrial and above five guys ncp parking next door or council parking nearby reception large and friendly vending machine seating and free tea and coffee resturant come bar serving quality food and drink at reasonable prices 2 lifts our room was 4th floor accessible double with massive window looking over worcester good lighting extra pillows desk and tv plus more bathroom with bath and rails loo and sink to get u ready for the day ahead and only 2 minute walk to the busling high street deffiently will stay again

I will not willingly pay good money to stay here again. Don’t like being a negator or giving bad reviews but unfortunately to be honest I have to. Find somewhere else to stay if you want a nice holiday experience. If you want a doss house you’ve found it. Dubious clientele. Vomit stains on the carpet outside most doors along the corridors. Miserable unhelpful staff apart from the lady on the breakfast counter. Yeah all not good.

Lovely little hotel , in need of an update but if you’re staying in the city centre it works well as a nice place to drop your head after a busy day and night out. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and will definitely be coming here again soon as we have plenty more nights out planned with the lads in the future
