After reading the reviews on trip advisor was kinda dreading coming to stay now. How unnecessary was my fear, totally! it was fabulous. Lovely receptionist Kate from the start, bubbly, welcoming and very informative. We had pre reserved room 501 and it was the best decision ever. Beautiful view of the cathedral, not overlooked at all. Room was clean and fresh. The entire building is clean and looked after, nothing like the reviews stated. Really both felt very relaxed in our room, and enjoyed every minute of staying. Only slight criticism was the shower, it was awful, no water pressure at all and this made it hard to wash your hair, etc. but that’s not something that can be fixed easily. The bed isn’t a quality mattress but then it’s not a premium price hotel. So again, you get what you paid for. Great location everything on the doorstep, and car park right next door. Isn’t cheap at £36 for the 3 night stay we booked. But again this was our choice, not a fault of Travelodge. Thank for a great stay for my Birthday and we 100% will return in the spring when a little warmer! lol

We have stayed here previously and once again had a good nights stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location in the centre of Worcester and the N.C.P. car park is adjacent, cost £12.00 for 24 hours. Hotel room was clean, beds comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, excellent choice and well prepared. Overall amazing value for a budget hotel, will definitely use again.

Was a lovely stay, clean room pleasant staff , decent breakfast can’t really knock it for the price , spoke to one of the managers when checking out and she couldn’t have been more helpful with where to go and what to see before we left to go home. Would recommend brilliant for a city centre hotel.

We would just like to thank the lovely Abbey & Charlene on reception on Sunday evening for their 5 star service. Such lovely, friendly girls, who made sure we had a lovely room with great views. Gave good advice on restaurants and were just so professional, going above board to assist us! Many thanks ladies. We will be back!

We stayed for one night, there were blood stains on the duvet. Kids running up and down the corridor early in morning and late at night. Car alarms went off at nearby car park for hours in early hours of morning, meaning we had no sleep. Reception did nothing help and said they couldn’t move us to a different room. Reception said they would come up to the room to listen to the noise, so at 3am we had to get dressed and put all the lights on. They did not show up, I phoned again and they informed me they only listened from the corridor. No receptionist to speak to in the morning at checkout. Terrible stay.

Alarm going off all night! No apologies or anything, no reason why! Then happy hour is the bar cafe paid £7.99 for a little can when you can buy them for £1 in a shop! Absolutely ridiculous!
