周五抵达后，我们等了 20-25 分钟才办理入住手续，尽管我们前面只有一对夫妇。我们拿到了房间钥匙，似乎没有问题。第二天，我们上午 11:30 短暂返回后，就出去玩了一天。晚上 11:30 回来时，我们的钥匙卡不能用了。接待人员重置了钥匙卡，但仍然无法进入我们的房间。工作人员随后错误地声称我们住在完全不同的房间，一度暗示我们根本不应该合住！经过 45 分钟的来回折腾，包括打扰了我们原本住的房间的客人，并在另一个房间里发现了别人的物品；我们发现我们的物品未经通知或同意就被移动了。与此同时，另一个家庭也遇到了类似的预订问题。尽管我们催促，但工作人员还是犹豫着是否打电话给经理。当经理 Alex 终于到达时，他很快就解决了这个问题，在清洁柜子里找到了我们的物品，并在凌晨 1:30 左右为我们安排了一个新房间——距离我们首次提出问题已经过去了两个小时。周日，前台的 Paulina 了解了我们的问题并试图办理退款。但是，由于我们的预订没有正确办理入住，她只能提供部分退款，并建议我们联系客服全额退款。遗憾的是，这是我们经历过的最糟糕的酒店体验之一。我希望 Travelodge 能够解决员工培训中关于安全、保障和客户服务方面的这些不足之处，以防止将来再次发生此类事件（我们仍在等待总部保证已经解决了这些不足之处）尽管存在这些问题，我还是要赞扬 Alex 的迅速反应和优先考虑有小孩的家庭，以及 Paulina 在周日早上的帮助。至于房间本身，很基本（没有吹风机、熨衣板、衣钩），但很干净。

Staff was brilliant and overall service with on site meals and shop right next door top place very quite no noise from anyone pleasant night stay and would stay again in heartbeat

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. I was in a room at the front of the hotel and was travelling solo and I requested if I could change to a room at the rear, which was quieter away from the traffic as I have trouble sleeping and the receptionist searched for a more suitable room, she found one and helped me to move all my luggage and make sure everything was ok for me. Very pleased with the service, room was great.

Lady on reception when I checked in was nice enough as for the rest awful rooms and there meant to be new and improved! Bathroom is disgusting! Breakfast awful wouldn’t even fry an egg when asked! And all staff smoking out the front of reception is a really lovely look!
