the location was quiet the Atmosphere was welcoming and friendly the room was stunning and well looked after and was warm as soon as you walked in the staff are always friendly and smiling and ready to help no issues is a problem i have stayed at Travelodge Sunderland in the past and found the staff to be brilliant at what they do with someone who has autism and mental health the staff have always been welcoming and understanding thank you to everyone at Travelodge Sunderland i would highly recommend Travelodge Sunderland to anyone who wishes to book a hotel in Sunderland

Value for money excellent location short walk to shops & restaurants. Rooms basic most importantly room was clean no complaints.

You have to ring a number to get a someone to check you in then one of lights in room wasnt working went in shower no body wash in the container we were going out so no time for ringing soneone to sort it for one night stay
