The room was very clean and comfortable. Very helpful and lovely staff, felt welcome my entire stay. A good location, close to Oxford with frequent transport. I came down to see family and I will be staying again when I next come down!

10月16日退房那天，前台接待员对我表现出不友好且带有恐吓意味的行为。中午12点整，也就是退房时间，她准时敲响了我的房门。这让我感觉自己被监视、被区别对待、受到骚扰，并且不受欢迎。她肯定是在门外等候敲门的，因为我听到敲门声时，时间正好是12点。这让我非常不舒服和不安，也让我不禁疑惑，为什么我会受到如此奇怪和敌对的对待。我之前多次入住Travelodge酒店，从未遇到过问题。但这位前台接待员看起来非常不友好。退房时，她一直跟着我，盯着我看。我不敢和她说话，因为她看起来像是要找茬或者会对我进行人身攻击。我最近正经历一段艰难时期，遭遇了家庭暴力，这也是我入住Travelodge酒店的原因。我怀疑正是我的脆弱无助让这位令人不快的女士对我进行欺凌。我花了 118 英镑租了一间房，坦白说，我期望得到的服务要好得多，而我得到的服务简直就是骚扰，是一次令人精疲力竭、心烦意乱的经历。
我一般不写差评。因为要去附近参加婚礼，所以订了两晚。结果第一晚就走了！床很不舒服，我们睡得腰酸背痛。楼上的人很吵，早上五六点就吵醒我们，房间也很脏。以后绝对不会再住了。
从头到尾问题不断。房间脏兮兮的，还有一股烟味。没有隐私窗，正对着停车场。床应该是两张单人床，但却是拼在一起的，尽管他们说会换，但根本没换。而且，所谓的无障碍浴室竟然是浴缸上方淋浴。
除了对房间的卫生状况不满意之外，我们还能说什么呢：第一个房间没有打扫：床铺不整理且肮脏=＞要求换房间。第二个也好不到哪儿去：床上爬满了小生物，角落里有蜘蛛网，头发……至于浴室，我没时间看情况。礼宾部与其经理在接下来的一小时内提出酒店变更请求。综合情况或酒店的总体状况？无论如何我都不会回来了！！
