I use Travelodge Bournemouth Seafront on my frequent trips to Bournemouth and have previously addressed that there was black mould around the windows, a significant amount , to which I informed the desk staff immediately after I had noticed this. Moving forward, on the 28th November 2025 I stayed at this hotel again. It was not until the last day of our stay that i noticed once again, black mould around the window. I informed desk staff again, and was told not to inform head office but they will refund half what i paid. This did not happen. Also, if the cleaning staff addressed the windows and cleaned these,then there would not be black mould growing like it was. Also the fact that last time my Granddaughter got it all over her hands, which could have led potentially to illness if we had not noticed her hands covered in black mould. From that incident occurring, they should have actioned the windows be cleaned, especially the ones where black mould had started growing,but they did not. I have received no refund to date.I suffer from a respiratory condition that black mould has been known to trigger. Lets hope they do not ignore this again. Travelodge has always been my hotel of choice when staying away from home, so this has proved quite upsetting and disappointing.

房间又大又宽敞。窗外的海景非常漂亮。淋浴水流很足，水也很热。唯一不足是房间没有打扫干净，菜单和窗户都很脏。我觉得需要一次深度清洁！
这是一家二星级酒店，只要您记住这一点，就会发现它棒极了。干净舒适，位置优越。工作人员友善乐于助人，真是酒店的宝贵财富。下次再来伯恩茅斯，这绝对是我的首选，以后我也会更多地关注Travelodge这个品牌。谢谢！
我最近住在Travelodge酒店，非常失望。虽然预订了双人间，但酒店却给我安排了无障碍双床房。房间很脏，气味难闻，而且维护得很糟糕。客服也不太热情，让我的入住体验很压抑。我不会推荐这家酒店，以后可能也不会再住Travelodge了。
房间很小，窗户可惜打不开，闷得不行。湿度很高，不过他们提供了风扇，可惜的是，在没有新鲜空气进来的情况下，风扇没什么用——不过他们尽力了。房间破旧狭小，浴室也一样。早餐室很小，而且几乎总是客满。酒店没有免费停车位，Wi-Fi 也要收费。不过，工作人员非常乐于助人，而且很友好！
这是一家位置优越的很棒的酒店。房间和浴室都很干净，工作人员非常友好。我们与调酒师马克就他在德国的逗留进行了特别有趣的对话。总的来说我们非常满意。

我住过的最差的酒店，即使是在我还是学生的时候。一进门食物的味道就很难闻。清洁度的缺失是显而易见的。刚进电梯就脏了，不，下面这个。家庭房316，浴室超脏。我们在浴室地板上发现了一束头发。马桶脏了，杯子脏了等等。好在床很“干净”。窗户只能用两根手指打开，那里的风扇坏了，叶片也脏了。总之，我不明白这家酒店怎么好。我不推荐它，也不推荐给我最大的敌人。最重要的是，接待员很惊讶事情是这样的
