We stayed in rm 137, it was a large room w/2 beds. Nice room, but felt like an afterthought, as there were no chairs or a table in the room. There was an iron in a broken down cabinet, but no ironing board. The little cabinet/shelf that was over the mini fridge had a one cup Kurig coffee maker, and had a little microwave in the locked cabinet that was rickety. No ice bucket, so I don’t know if there is an ice machine available. There were only 2 little bitty trash cans (1-bathroom, 1- bdrm).
The breakfast was for purchase only. There IS a bar/grill in the hotel that serves a small menu & burgers, which were very good. Most hotels at least have 24/7 coffee/hot water available, this one did not. They did however have a tiny little ‘market’ that was available to purchase sodas, snacks, etc.

Conditions and staff were fine, but I payed more than advertised and there was no communication about the change of rates from booking to staying

The room stunk the air conditioner made such a noise when it started it would wake us up every time. Will not stay there again. Really feel should get some kind of refund

******* reservation made prior to stay driving at night. Booked before 12am but checking in at past 2-3am. Booked so I could stop after 5 hour drive at night starting 20 hour journey.
Front task made me pay for a second time to check in. Said the date booked to date checked in was not working on his system. Bad service

They don’t clean rooms on Sundays … so on Sunday we had trash, dirty towels etc.. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast like the other hotels, which is awkward.

Hotel staff is always friendly when coming into the property! It’s very clean and comfy! Burger theory has excellent food and drinks also desserts hit the spot!

The check-in was a bit of a hassle. The gentleman was not hostile but no accommodating. Seemed like there was restrictions the moment I walked in. Elevator doors do not stop at all as I got shoulder checked.
I had to request a carpet spray from the cleaning service staff because the moment I walked in my room, it smells like someone had just used the restroom there and the odor of feet was very strong. I stayed in a IHG Holiday Inn in Amarillo TX about two moments ago, and I can say that hotel is level above this one in Lubbock. Looks modern but even the door stopper, had screws loose.

Clean room, pool was clean & heated & exceptional customer service. Dining at restaurant was very pleasant.

We didn’t have any sheets/cover for the pull out bed. I tried calling the front desk for a while. Then called the direct line, no answer. At 11:00 pm I had to walk down to the front desk where a gentleman was there. I told him I tried calling the front desk but he didn’t respond. I asked him for the bedding and he did get some for me. For a newer hotel, it’s a little run down…bathroom had paint messed up, shower just seemed old, water was shooting out of the shower head, furniture had cracks in it. Location is great but won’t stay here again. AND THE PRICE WAS HORRIBLY HIGH!!!!
