Putting it simply: smelt of bleach on first entering room, carapet was not hoovered properly, hair found in bed, heating difficult to set due to no instructions, bath shower floor was stained, TV unconnected on arrival and unable to set up properly. Overall not a pleasant experience. We left a day early due to the incompetent mangement of this Travelodge. Won't be visiting again.

Great Travelodge! Consistent with the brand. Clean and tidy! Staff welcoming and with some handy food and shops nearby. Ideal for a working from base, overnight stops.

Ideally placed for visiting local places of interest or further afield into Pembrokeshire. Rooms cleanliness fantastic. Choice of food so local to suit all tastes. Staff excellent and helpfull with any enquirys

I've stayed in this Travelodge for work purposes and I had a very pleasant experience staying here . All the staff are very welcoming and always willing to help . The rooms are very spacious, beds are very comfortable , always had a good night's sleep as it is very quite. Plenty of free car park as long as you put your registration into the tablet. Starbucks and McDonald's round the corner. It is one of my favourite Travelodge so far and definitely will be staying here in the future.

Having driven for six hours in driving rain we would have excepted almost anything for our overnight stay. But what a lovely surprise we experienced. The room was immaculate, as in brand new looking. The bed was very comfortable, fresh and clean. And the price, well it was inexpensive… a bargain actually. During my business life I stayed in some pretty super hotels. This one ranks well above some of them. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

We were stuck waiting on boats to sail and this travellodge was very welcoming at a stressful time. Clean loads of tea and coffee and resupply on front desk counter if needed.

An unexpected turn of events led to us booking accommodation online for Travelodge St Clears. We were politely welcomed on arrival. The room was very clean and fit for purpose. Beds spacious but a little hard. Barely any noise noticed other than occasional footsteps above room. Little to no noise from traffic. Room backed onto lovely view of greenery/woodland area between hotel and main road. Plenty of wildlife spotted in morning. Didn't have breakfast as Starbucks, Greggs and McDonalds also in vicinity. Conveniently located just off A40. Craig on Reception following morning was great dealing with enquiries and accommodating our request. Great customer service. Would recommend to others.

Returning from a funeral in UK , we booked a ferry from Pembroke dock to travel back to Ireland on 01 December. My husband is disabled and wheelchair bound so room 10 in St Clears travelodge was great with the wet room. Warm and clean. Alas the afternoon ferry was cancelled due to stormy weather so Craig the manager was very helpful aiding me with internet access to book another night stay. Staff helpful and kind. I would stay again. Thanks
