I called to let them know we were running late and wouldn’t arrive until about 9pm. When we got there we discovered they were apparently under construction. The worker at the desk had her children there running around. Everything was out of order and horribly dirty. The rooms were very dirty, no locks on the doors, exposed electrical in the bathrooms, etc. We had to leave and find new rooms but yet were charged because we didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance. We were not told when I booked or called that they were under reconstruction. The pictures snd description were VERY misleading! We were extremely disappointed!!

I reserved online using hotels. I travel a lot and used to stay at that same super eight. Complete disappointment. The girl that checked me and took way too long and didn’t know what she was doing nor was she highly motivated. The curtain in the room was hanging off the hooks like a Third World country. The TV didn’t work in the attendant couldn’t get it to work. They told me there were no other rooms she gave me a receipt signing it and I checked out. I will not pay you and try to contact you to let you know that if the charge comes through on my visa, I will decline for obvious reasons. You have served me well in the past, but that property is a liability to you.

Get what you pay for.
Stained carpets. Damaged walls. Floors in hallway filthy. Pool empty despite sign saying they had one. Breakfast included was a toaster a loaf of bread and some granola bars.

No tissue in bathroom. No drinking cups in room. Bathroom was dirty. Clean towels had dirt on them. TV didn't work. Air conditioner didn't work. Kids running up and down hall on the floor above me. Hallway carpets not cleaned the whole time I was there. Will not stay there ever again. Has really gone down in all areas.

They have no pool or hottub anymore which i not aware of till after i checked in and the gal dig great with changing me to a different room and upgraded to king.. the 1st room bedding was dirty and beer can in it. 2nd room curtains were gross
