So, there is no breakfast as stated. The guy at the front told me the breakfast is juice. Outside is concerning.

But, the staff was nice and the room is remodeled and pretty.

The room smelled like cigarette as if someone was in the room with me smoking, the air filter was dirty I cleaned because of the cigarette smell, that did not work ,I just could not believe how the room was and the I use to stay there all the time

Not the best, not the worst...

This was a very basic hotel, only 2 towels in the room and a sheet thin "comforter". The advertised breakfast was only coffee and juice, no food at all. The housekeeping only took out trash and remade the bed with the same sheets, so the floors became very dirty after 6 days. It was an uncomfortable, cheap, place to stay.

I don't know where to begin. First of all I was told my room was 215. Upon arriving to my room it wouldn't open the door. The card read 213 so I assumed she made a mistake. I go to room 213 and open the door and end up greeted by a man in his boxer shorts. I go back down and get the proper key to room 215. There are no chairs in the room. Not a sitting chair. Not a desk chair. Two beds and that's it. I try to latch the deadbolt and it won't latch. Closer inspection revealed that the door had been kicked in and shoddily repaired. The towels were stained. There were cigarette burns on the tub. Light switches were missing cover plates. The AC was broken and could not be adjusted up. This place was an absolute cesspool.

I requested a handicap room. There wasn’t any handicap rooms available we were told. My husband is partially paralyzed and I am recovering from knee surgery. We could not shower and there was no seating in the room for us to sit down. I had to use the walker to get in the bed. The worst stay I’ve ever had. The only reason we stayed was because of the hurricane.
