Solo two day one night stay in Guernsey and so pleased I found this hotel. Perfect bus route no. 71 from Airport gets you virtually to the door and this route also runs down into St. Peter Port so perfect for shopping. My room was lovely with comfy bed, lovely bathroom with super soft towels & robes and complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate and delicious shortbread. Bar food and evening meal was perfect for me with a lovely open fire to enjoy. Breakfast had a buffet table but also a full menu with everything you would want to start your day. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I will be returning to Guernsey again in a few weeks and will not hesitate to book another stay here.

Fantastic food and service, Great choice of both food and drinks. Staff were very attentive and the Sunday Dinner was beautiful! Particularly the Duck Fat roasties and Beef. Would recommend and will absolutely be back. Thank you to the team this evening it was great!

This was our first visit to Guernsey and simply one of the best, if not the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Outstanding food, very helpful, friendly and well trained staff, very well appointed comfortable rooms. Room 1 (suite) is particularly comfortable, quiet, and has a huge bathroom. Very quiet too and lots of parking. There are occasional noisy events but advance notice is given to guests. Really can't fault our stay, and would not hesitate to return or recommend.

Booked a Suite 14 WEEKS in advance, directly on the Hotel website, as a surprise Wedding Anniversary 'staycation' for my Wife and I. THREE DAYS before our stay I received an email saying the Suite had been allocated to someone else and we had been downgraded. If you are looking for a professional, reliable venue that doesn't make you feel under valued as a patron - DON'T USE THE FARMHOUSE !

Visited today for the first time for a pre booked afternoon tea. On initially entering the hotel there was less than a friendly welcome from the female member of staff on the reception desk who first states we didn’t have a booking and then directed us to the terrace to speak to another member of staff. The pool area didn’t look anywhere near as good as the website photos with the edge of the swimming Pool really dirty and in need of cleaning. Food was average but very overpriced for what it was. I would suggest there are far better hotels on the island. We had visited today with a view to possibly booking a stay in the future however having seen the hotel first hand we won’t be doing that.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. Very comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choice of food from classics to Asian to Italian! Thoroughly recommend.

太令人失望了！我们预订了高级房，但根本就没有什么高级之处。地毯上污渍斑斑，昏暗肮脏。我们要求换到另一个房间，但这个房间也好不到哪里去。房间内根本没有空间可以挥动猫爪。灯光太差，根本没法坐在房间里看书。我们被告知高级房已经被订满了，尽管我们四个月前就预订了。枕头太难看了。我们要求多要几个，但他们也不确定有没有。到现在为止已经等了一个多小时。我想预订一张餐桌，但没有空位。我问有没有酒吧菜单，但被告知没有。我们没法打开行李箱，因为没有地方放衣服。衣柜被一个带冰箱、茶盘、保险箱和熨衣板的柜子占了。房间里没有舒适的椅子。马桶座圈与马桶不匹配。我们正在考虑能否预订另一家酒店度过剩下的假期，因为这让我们的假期彻底糟透了。我已经要求明天早上见经理，看看他是否会来。他们宣传房间里有鲜花。一个旧可乐瓶里竟然还有两朵康乃馨！接待员竟然厚着脸皮说，如果我们下次预订，他们会做得更好。我们为什么要再住这里？！
