Phenomenal staff and a lovely room. Felt very at home. Had an incredibly smooth and much appreciated early check in and a wonderful stay. Highly highly recommended.

The place overall is beautiful, perfect place to come as a family. The problem is the management and some employees, I'd like to point out Lesego, who is the manager in the restaurant. The service we received was horrible. We were told that the rules have changed when it comes to what bottles we can have in the restaurant, instead we were restricted to wines, but that seems to only apply to us and we are regulars here, very disappointing. Our orders took too long and the presentation is very bad. We received top-notch service from Elof, as always, he never disappoints. Elof is always polite, friendly, understanding and serves with a smile. However, the level of professionalism from the manager, Lesego, is not of standard, even her comments - she's very rude. It seems they are very judgemental, it's like we couldn't afford the bill even though we gave assurance will pay yet they kept running from pillar to post until Elof came to the rescue... We are never coming here again. 4/10, only because of Elof.

We were treated very well from day one, until we departed 5 days later. The staff at reception and the dining room gave us a good service and ensured my daughter was happy. Room with 2 double beds were bit tight but livable if you kept things tidy and in place. The hotel was conveniently located near the Pretoria Urology Hospital where I had an appointment and hotel offered a free shuttle. UBERS are easy to get and safe pick up and drop off point. Breakfast was ok with noir selection of food, fruits and veggies.
