Shower water was ice cold and they refused to give us a rate adjustment. Plus they charge $75 for 2 dogs no matter what — even though we did no damage and had no accidents, didn’t even bark — and we all know that there is no extra cleaning needed or performed in our room after check out. And there wasn’t even a place to walk them on the property. We had to use the landscaping under the windows of the first floor rooms (we cleaned up).

Comforters/sheets on bed need upgrading….they’re not very cozy.

The fire alarm went off for every 15 minutes for three hours, and the manager was not available

Property itself is great. Rooms were very clean. Only issue was that whatever they use to clean the floor in the rooms, including the carpet, was sticky. Aside from that, great place to stop in Florence.

Okay, but Fire Alarms all morning
Hotel was generally clean and room was accommodating. On and off fire alarms all Sunday morning starting at 7am were very frustrating. Also, there just weren’t enough towels in the pool area.

The hotel room smelled so gross, the room was dirty, trash and towels left under the beds. Guess they couldn't see that stuff when they cleaned. The floors were filthy, the stairwells were full of dirt. We won't be staying there again for the money we paid.

Where was help with computers?
We had to be escorted to our room because they couldn’t make keys and problem didn’t get fixed. We were in town for a family funeral and parking was hard to find when we returned to hotel. No one was at the desk and we had a long wait to be escorted to our room. Still no keys.
