Only problem is the pool water was so cold that nobody go inn and thé spa water was dirty no good for family

The tv did not work in the first room but the desk agent was lovely and moved us to another room immediately . The room was large but we had to kill a number of flies and Asian ladybugs in the room which were hanging out on the ceiling, in the entry light fixture and above the doors. I’m sure if we had brought it to the desk staff attention they would have moved us but we had already changed rooms once so we didn’t want to bother the staff again . The room was large and very quiet though and well air conditioned , the bathroom was large and clean . The breakfast was standard , no plates though , only small bowls so my breakfast of bacon and eggs and toast required 3 separate bowls which I found very strange . The dining area was a good size and very comfortable though. I travel a lot and if I compare with other hotels , it was an average but adequate hotel .
泳池关闭了，却毫无通知，而且泳池绿油油的，散发着难闻的气味，水疗中心的水面也长满了霉菌。自助餐食物里也发霉了，也没有服务员来打扫房间。房间漏水很久了（地毯都进水了），我们肯定不会再来了。
距离边境很近，附近有多家餐厅和商店
24小时没有热水。尽管一再要求，但没有清除垃圾或更换毛巾。
一些午餐不足（冷冻鸡蛋和缺乏咖啡）。
前台没有工作人员办理退房！
即使有两个地方，充电站一次只能为一辆车充电...如果有两辆车，“断路器”就会爆炸：非常不愉快...对于其余的，我们非常赞赏这家酒店。
安静的地方，非常好的午餐和非常热情的员工，非常感谢。
