From the moment I arrived at the property, Beverly was determined to take excellent care of me. She embodies the true spirit of my island and reminded me what it means to experience genuine Jamaican love. The food was amazing, even my picky eater enjoyed every meal! My 7-year-old daughter felt so safe and comfortable that she confidently got her own food and visited the children’s club on her own. Words cannot express how proud I am of RIU Negril. Property was nice and had many excursions to pick from, the staff was nice and attentive and the beach was amazing as well as the service on the beach

i didn’t like how the desk personnel treated me on a incident I had there. i paid for two suites but treated me like I was off the street. I come to jamaica like every two months sometimes I bring 100 friends with me but to be honest moving forward I will probably use another resort

The food was excellent , and the RIU Resort tropical Bay was an excellent Stay. There were many activities which the staff and everyone was so polite. I will be coming again sometime next year.

This is my second time staying at this property, and it never fails. The staff are some of the most amazing people. Judith who is so very wonderful. She even remembered us from our trip two years ago. She provided the best drink service on the beach. Shanese who always made sure our room stayed clean, and boy did shane and Powell show us great service at the buffet. These people certainly deserve a raise, and to be praised. Thank them for me for all they do. I hope theybare there when we return. Best place ever!

The staff at this resort were AMAZING! Good was what you would expect, but had a huge variety. Our room did have a moisture/mold problem but we were rarely in the room so we made it work. Room service were cleaning your room everyday and sometimes even twice a day, so you always came back to a clean room. Definitely recommend having enough cash on hand, as there’s no ATM on property. Remember to support the locals on the beach and purchase souvenirs from them!

Returned for the second time and unfortunately it’s not the same. Strict restaurant restrictions. Only got to visit one restaurant during our week stay. Also some of the staff members were rude. I asked for a paper napkin and he told me he didn’t have any. I asked him if he can take it from the empty table next to me and he said the napkin was accounted for. Also asked for a bottle of water for the baby and he said he didn’t have any. I would have to get it during room service.
