Comfortable stay
We felt safe parking our vehicle there. Room was very comfortable, but the walls are paper thin. Only for sleeping if you know what I mean....

Staff was nice rooms smelled clean and were clean. Bedding was good but the sheets could be more comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best and there wasn’t much of a variety.

The staff was the best part of this property. The only complaint I had was that even with the ac temp on high and set at 65, the room still felt humid and slightly warm.

Would have given it 5 stars, but the walls are a bit thin. A couple next door had a tense but not loud discussion about 2 a.m. that disrupted my sleep. Although I couldn’t make out the woman’s words, I could make out every word he said.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The only issue was the low water pressure in sink tap. The shower was ok.

There are no microwave and coffee maker in the room.
But hot coffee is available in lobby for free.

It was my first time to stay at a Tru Hilton and I was impressed. The hotel was modern, clean, and close to shopping, etc. The staff were friendly and professional and the breakfast there was very good.

Upon my arrival I was informed I had 2 reservations. We contacted and was told we only had one. I was told I couldn't be guaranteed that I wouldn't be charged for 2 rooms even if I only had one reservations. Another guest was having the same issue. I will not be using
