Nothing much to like, I was asking a question about why the TV was all Spanish except the commercials and the movie channels were all Spanish don't know why I need to learn a foreign language to live in a country I was used to speaking the countries language. Anyways the towels are nasty and stink takes all day to get them at request. The bath water is fine the toilet was terrible plastic just about broken they don't mop the type floors daily they don't do anything for my room and now I don't want them to I was ripped off from either ******* when I booked it a payment came out of my account for a night before I was going to go pay for my 281.00 fee I paid for a night I had already previously paid for three days and wanted four nights someone took out a one night payment from my chime banking without my approval so I paid up front for for four nights and like I said one was already paid for before I used *******. Now I realize I want be getting that back in 5to 7 days from the date NENVER HAPPENS

Visit was good ,had to wait on clean towels. Dont plan on sleeping in cleaners came by at 8, & the beds are very firm my back is still hurting

Literally disgusting. Our door was open already upon arrival when we walked in it smelt heavily of lysol and bleach. They don’t clean the bedding they just drown it in lysol and make the bed. The stains on the mattress pads and lamps. There was also cockroaches. We were all itchy from laying in the beds.

Don't waste your money
The AC didn't work the guy from check in came and got it on but then we couldn't adjust the temp is was stuck at 61 degrees. Caulking was used to cover most likely cracks in the tub. Towels were supposed to be white were either dirty or stained. Beds were rock hard and pillows were paper thin.

Prior to making reservations made sure there was a pool considering I was bringing kids and upon arriving I noticed the pool was closed I asked the attendant what was wrong with it HE assured me it was just closed for maintenance and would be reopened IT WAS CLOSED the whole time we stayed there. The room was filthy and there was cochroaches everywhere!!!!

This hotel rooms are cleaned daily and restocked with any shampoos or soaps needed daily. The pool was down the week we were there but it looks like a nice outdoor pool. The staff is friendly and willing to help when needed.
房间太恶心了，床单上有棕色的飞溅物，据说是他们喷杀虫剂留下的，而且他们还不给我退款！
太糟糕了！我昨天去住这家酒店，结果泳池里全是淤泥，根本没法用。我跟负责人说了，他说泳池不能用。我告诉他，我们就是冲着泳池才来的，而且预订APP上也没说不能用。他说我可以免费取消，但是当我要求退款时，他们酒店又不同意退款。这太不公平了，他们连房间都打扫不干净，还不肯退我将近100美元，难道我的钱是大风刮来的吗？🤬🤬🤬 我这辈子都不会再住速8酒店了！
