Our stay here was a bit underwhelming. While we don't expect a Hampton Inn to be a 5-star resort, we expect at least for the basics to be right and for everything to be clean. To start with, for the room, the bed was comfortable, but there was a stain on the mattress when we removed the sheets, probably caused by a previous guest spilling a drink. As soon as housekeeping sees this (which should be literally between all guests), the mattress should have been switched out. Leaving the stained mattress could mean mold growing in the bed. Other than that, the room was relatively clean, although the toilet contained brown water constantly, which was definitely a turn off. Also, the towels in the room were quite small. Another major complaint was the breakfast. I've stayed at probably close to 100 Hampton Inn's in the past decade, and this one was by far the worst breakfast. The waffles were absolutely disgusting making me think they didn't prepare the batter correctly (or used spoiled ingredients). The potatoes were extremely undercooked. I had zero desire to eat anymore from here after this experience. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and there was plenty of parking.

My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. I like easy access on edge of town, the staff were all pleasant and Barbara the Manager was exceptionally hospitable. My only issue was the shampoo and soap being empty, but I carry my own. They have a nice fitness center with bottled water, I would like to see disinfectant wipes or spray in there but overall my stay was great. I will stay here again when in the area.

Had a lovely stay here. Staff were lovely . Room was great. Had a great sleep. Really quiet. I’m vegetarian so breakfast wasn’t much choice for me but plenty if your not a veggie like me. Went to BB King museum. The Lloyd pizza was close by and it was the best pizza we’ve ever had.

Great location, clean & comfortable. The entire staff shown great southern hospitality! This is the 1st Hampton Inn that had an amazing breakfast selection. Hot cheesy potatoes were delicious. My 90 yr old mom enjoyed the sausage & eggs

The front desk was nice and polite. The breakfast was good. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel, not so good. A couple of things about the room. Floors were sticky, would NOT recommend going barefoot……. Also, no blackout curtains. Have actually never stayed anywhere that did not have these. Big negative when you got a parking light right across from your window and the bed is facing the window. Other than that, the bed was quite pleasant.

I enjoyed the entire experience. The only thing was that we didn’t have a fridge in the room. But other than that the service, the people was really amazing. There was a person a lady who made my waffles for me, I was shocked and really impressed with her kindness.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We were very comfortable. The rooms and facility were clean with friendly staff. We had other family members that stayed here and were satisfied with hotel as well.
