酒店回复: Vielen Dank dass Sie sich Zeit genommen haben unser Hotel zu bewerten. Ich bin nun schon etwas verwundert denn Sie haben am Abreisetag bei mir ausgecheckt und ich kann mich noch erinnern Sie gefragt zu haben ob Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten und Sie sagten, dass alles Bestens war und Sie den Aufenthalt bei uns sehr genossen haben. Sie sagten: alles war TIP TOP! Da Sie nicht als Gruppe gebucht haben, war es für uns nicht erkennbar, dass Sie alle zusammengehören. Ansonsten hätten Sie selbstverständlich einen gemeinsamen Tisch zum Frühstück bekommen. Wenn Sie ein Wort an der Rezeption gesagt hätten, dann wäre dieses "Problem" in sekundenschnelle gelöst gewesen. In Österreich sagt man: beim Reden kommen die Leut zusammen..... Sowohl Rührei uns auch Speck werden jeden Tag FRISCH zubereitet! Aufgrund der starken Buchungslage kann es passieren, dass der hoteleigene Parkplatz um 21.00 Uhr schon mal voll ist. Es gibt jedoch einen öffentlichen kostenfreien Parkplatz der nur 3 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt ist. Die Wegbeschreibung zum öffentlichen Parkplatz liegt an der Rezeption auf und ist (auch wenn die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist) jederzeit einsehbar. Eine Stunde für die Parkplatzsuche finde ich etwas übertrieben, zumal der Ort Bruck klein und beschaulich ist und genügend Parkplätze rund um unser Hotel vorhanden sind. The hotel is very decent, me and my mum had a good time. Only one thing was bothering us during our stay and that was a soft mattress, which woke up the other person when one was turning around. The food is good, especially dinners. The breakfast was decent but we expected a little more. Sightseeing and hiking around the hotel is nice and close to the hotel is a swimming pool for only 5€ per day. Would recommend

The people running the hotel were fantastic and accommodating. We spent two nights there and really appreciated its location, charm and family friendly orientation. Fabulous terrasse to enjoy a small town feel day and evening. Would certainly return.

This is a basic hotel fine if you want a no frills stopover for a night. The room was spacious and although described as 'modern', was the least modern of our five week European trip. The balcony overlooking the river was nice. There is a problem with parking as there are not enough spaces for guests, which some other reviewers mentioned. We had to walk the street through a storm when returning in the evening as there were no car parks available. Afternoon tea is provided but no hot water for tea drinkers, only coffee. The meals were not to our taste, but that is a personal preference.
