This was planned as a Valentines treat for my family but the restaurant was out of gas so we had no meal. The breakfast was cold in morning and no longer self service . There was rarely anybody at reception to help us including when we checked out and wanted to raise our concerns. We have had no offer of compensation for this or even an apology. I wont be using these hotels again.

We stayed at the hotel as we were attending an event close by, the hotel was a perfect location for us and a great price. The room was absolutely immaculate and upon entering the room we were greeted with sweets and a pocket hug on the bed with a little note (Valentine’s Day) it was such a lovely touch and really made me smile. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and so friendly, they even gave me chocolates when I checked out. I will 100% stay there again and will request the same room. I literally cannot fault anything about this hotel, the best Premier inn I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot!!

Good central location with free parking for guests, very clean and spacious room and lovely staff. Breakfast was ok, veggie sausage tasted like under cooked pork sausages the reat was nice.

Customer service excellent, could not have helped us more! Room excellent and breakfast superb. A bad start to our trip where I had messed up the booking, the lady on reception could not have helped us more. Thank you!

Refurbished area of the hotel was excellent, clean and well decorated. Car park can get busy but we managed to find a space. Breakfast was okay, staff very helpful.

房间大小合适，非常干净，床也很舒服。我睡得很好。房间里应该配备个小冰箱。隔音效果需要改进，因为我能听到楼上有人走动。
酒店员工和食物都没什么问题。但房间热得让人无法忍受。热到你几乎无法在房间里准备晚上出去玩，因为你在淋浴后 30 秒就会汗流浃背。我被告知，如果酒店说没有空调，那么他们就无能为力，只能用一台脆弱的风扇吹着房间里的热风，这并不能解决问题。我们住在最高层的 211 房间，白天每分钟的温度都是 27.5 度，即使在外面很冷的晚上也是如此。这让我们两个都睡得很不舒服。再也不会住在没有空调的高级旅馆了。
