Clean and comfortable place to stay, easy parking. Very good value for money. Friendly staff, easy check in. Very good communication and easy booking.

Stayed at this hotel fir a couple if nights and it delivered exactly what I was expecting.Free parking,very friendly staff,comfortable bed,tea/coffee in room,hot shower,quiet room and competitive price for room.The only reasons I marked it down one point was that the room was too warm even after turning the heater down it went back to 22c(if you open the window the heater shuts down?).Water pressure on the shower was not very powerful.There is a greggs,KFC,burger King,costa coffee and an m & s food store in these svcs.Closest pub is in middleton tyas approx 5 mins drive away.We will return if in the area in the future.

Lovely experience given my Lesley 10/10 customer service great hospitality and great welcoming by her Travelled from a far and she couldn’t have helped us with our stay any more than she did
非常舒适且价格合理的住宿体验。房间干净整洁，设施齐全，满足过夜所需。入住办理快捷方便。停车免费，在前台办理停车手续也很方便。接待区同样干净整洁。房间温暖舒适，虽然靠近高速公路，能听到一些远处的交通噪音，但隔音效果很好，噪音被降到了最低。床很舒服，还提供额外的枕头——对了，前台还提供咖啡机、牛奶等饮品。服务区有玛莎百货、肯德基、格雷格斯等快餐店，如有需要可以去逛逛。对于长途旅行中的短暂停留来说，性价比很高。
就像睡在A1公路内侧车道上一样，服务区很拥挤，但这还不是问题所在——到底怎么可能有人能睡着？好吧，预订的时候我知道服务区在哪儿，但没想到它离得这么近，根本睡不着。有人告诉我们下午3点才开始办理入住，好吧，但她却让大家等到3点20才出现。
办理入住时，前台那位女士对我们态度很差，尤其是在我们要求换一间比分配的房间更安静一些的时候。这是因为我们早上5点半就要离开，需要早点休息。她很不情愿地给我们换了一间房间，房间里弥漫着难闻的脚臭和化学品的味道。
极其令人失望的经历。退房时输入了车牌号，却仍然收到一张停车罚单。既然没有与停车公司共享车牌号，那要求提供车牌号还有什么意义……以后再也不会来了。
无障碍房间，但使用卫生间时没有任何安全措施。扶手虽然都在，但位置不对。（此处略作引用 Moorcombe 和 Wise 的话）
