The location is ideal for visiting family if you just want a bed. We've used it for numerous years. Having the flexi option was worth the extra this time for peace of mind. I think it's annoying that just because we didn't use the new choose your own room option they put us opposite ends of the building. The room was clean but the landing carpet smells smoky and the bath clogged easily.

The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient, so all in all spot on for a great price. My Bed was comfortable and everything was very easy.

The place is difficult to work out how to get to the car park in the dark, no signage illuminated at all. Bed and pillows have seen better days. All very tired looking through out.

Stayed for a quick trip as we were visiting somewhere in the area. Really convenient location for the area, very quiet at night and clean rooms. Rachel was really nice and helpful at check in. Thank you!

Hotel and rooms are very tired with broken and cracked fixings. First morning the shower gel dispenser did not work (this should have been obvious to the staff filling the dispensers and so I should never have found it in this state). The second night the hand wash dispenser leaked badly leaving liquid soap all over the bathroom floor. I appreciate things can break at any time, but in this hotel there seems to be a lack of maintenance and proper routine checks. Maybe it will get a full renovation at some time, but at the moment it is in a very poor state.

Location was behind industrial estate but was quiet on our visit. Outside of building looked tired but inside was ok & our room was clean & tidy. Although this Travelode is near the A14 No traffic noise could be heard. Rachel the Receptionist was very helpful explaining directions to where our function was in Stowmarket

Paige, Holy and Keir were amazing helping me with removal of the belongings from the room. The staff are amazing and amicable. A big thank you to all of you.
