From what I gather the issue you faced are as follows: room was to small, no bed side table, no bath mat, no drinking glasses, no parking and the room was to hot. For full disclosure when booking through our website up to date photos of our rooms and the amenities that are available are all listed. Aside from the room being to hot, you would have been well aware of what to expect from our cosy hotel. As you can see by the majority of the reviews on TripAdvisor you are in the minority of guests who leave Ryde Travelodge unsatisfied. And finally, your suggestion that people are better off staying at any of the 3 premier inns on the IOW....we outscore every single one of them on TripAdvisor and have done for some time. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your time on our beautiful island and wish you a merry Christmas and even better new year.

I stayed here to avoid the stress of Xmas with the family, the staff were very friendly and were sympathetic to the issue of screaming children. The room was small but clean and I was happy with the tea and coffee facilities
