Pleasantly surprised with comfort of room. On the back so quiet night. Only criticism is no USB ports in the room. Reception did loan a couple of adapters but not the best of solutions

Location ideal Room comfortable Facilities need updating the room could use smart tvs and a microwave however the staff are friendly, inviting, make you feel welcome and if they can help they will. The staff make it worth staying.

Check in lady was really lovely and very helpful. Even advised good eateries for our meal. Please can supply decaff teabags, you already do decaff coffee would love decaff tea as well. Carpark!!!!!! What can I say, it 100% needs to be repaired ALL OVER , there are huge pot holes some of which are in danger of becoming SINK HOLES, while avoiding one crater we nose dived into another with a huge thud!! poor lighting in said carpark is another for updating, especially where single female are walking from carpark to lobby. Bed was comfortable.

Easy to find with plenty of free parking. Lovely welcome by a friendly receptionist who was very helpful. The room was spacious with a king size bed. All rooms were warm and clean. Had a really good nights sleep with no noises. Overall very good value.

Wouldn’t stay again. Bathroom was clean. Bed comfy but not the pillows. Musty/damp smell in bedroom. There were damp patches in the corner of the room where the bed is placed. Tea marks on the wall. Generally clean but skirting boards were badly marked and in need of attention. Bathroom door didn’t close. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Needs a complete update.

We regularly stay here seeing family in Launceston and it’s always very clean and welcoming. I was saddened to find out Nikki no longer works here but the other staff i came across was polite and attentive. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic service. We had a car accident just down the road from the hotel and when we arrived the staff were fantastic. We hadn’t booked in advance and they were able to provide us with 2 rooms and a great service.
