Great location, friendly welcome and a clean room. A good nights sleep. KitKat was a nice touch, along with the hot chocolates.

Check in was quick and easy. The reception staff where great and explained everything to me. The room was very clean and kept to anhigh standard. The booking system is great as you get a choice of what room you would like before arrival. I would also like to thank Tom for finding my phone charger that I left and keeping it for me. It was a massive relief to know it had been found. I will deffinitley be staying here again

Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, the rooms are very clean and I was actually really impressed with the high standard the bed was very comfortable. But what really stood out was the front office staff who genuinely care about people. Seonaid and Eva both went that extra mile and were super helpful also so are Housekeeping. Definitely one of the best Travelodges I have stayed in and I definitely would stay there again. Having worked in hotels myself I understand what it takes to give good customer service!

Easy to get to from Frome, Somerset, on arrival i parked the allocated disabled bay with ease, reception was very clean and presented immaculately, we were greeted with a really friendly, professional looking lady at the reception desk. Unfortunatley me and my children lost our home that day and we had been put into Wincanton Travel lodge as emergency so the day had not been great, the fact the place was clean, friendly staff that were nothing but helpful was a blessing. The checking in was easy and quick.abd we were put in amazing, spacious family room, lovely and clean, I was more than grateful 🙏 it really did make a day better. Unfortunatley we only had a couple of nights there before moved to Frome which isn't as nice :( can't win them all I guess!
