Staff were really pleasant and helpful but Loud music from 11pm till approx 4am from room above was not good, very poor when driving next day,

The Room and Hotel was very clean. It had everything I needed. Phoebe was on reception she was very helpful when I was checking in and told me BurgerKing closes at 10, which was very helpful . On check out I meet the lovely manager freya who told me where I needed to go to get to my destination .

Filthy filthy filthy. Never use again in the future and probably never again use Travelodge as standards have drastically dropped to appalling levels.

Excellent stay. Right on the A1, so super convenient, but my room was exceptionally quiet (I might have had the best room - top floor, far end, so no noise from the corridor). I arrived after 1.00 in the morning and James answered the door instantly and with a big smile. In the morning the reception was “closed”, but I rang the phone no and Freya was there (again with a big smile) within moments to hand me my breakfast. Thank you!

Brilliant stay andy was amazing and helped alot beds was comfy and was quite would highly recommend anyone to use this travelodge

Very friendly, very helpful, Freya was a brilliant receptionist,room was very clean,could recommend as is perfect for dogs to walk around and we had a great stay

Excellent location and staff great. The convenience was amazing and was easy access to sounding areas. Night time was not as noisy as I thought and slept well.

Our room here was grotty, not well maintained and smelly. If you can stay elsewhere I’d suggest doing so.
