Travelodge on A12 Colchester the worst Travelodge i have ever stayed in, we only stayed in room for 2hrs. This my sound like a joke but its not, the room was so cold it was warmer outside. The hotel is not very welcoming even as you walk through the door plus the car park doesn't look very safe either

My company booked me this Travelodge as it was near to where I was working, when I first arrived I was greeted by a lovely receptionist, checked me in with ease and gave me directions to my room, my room was clean, well presented and comfortable, yes the car park is untidy with pot holes but Burger King and Greggs is also using this car park, it is situated just off the A12 so has easy access on and off the A12, there is also a petrol garage onsite, every member of staff that I saw throughout my stay was very friendly, I will definitely stay again in the future If I am required to work down this way

The car park was covered in potholes bordering creators! I walked in to a completely empty reception, no one behind to the counter, waited atleast 30mins (I gave up checking my watch at this point) for someone to appear, eventually checked in, got to a freezing cold room that smelt of stale cigarettes. The bathroom looked old, warm and dated. Noise in the corridors where amplified but drowned out by the noise of the passing traffic. Left with my legs and ankles covered in insect bites

Lovely clean and comfortable rooms, travelled for business and after a long drive it was so nice to be welcomed by Clair, very cheery and allowed me to check in 15 minutes early as I arrived sooner than anticipated, hotel smelt lovely and fresh, bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it! I will definitely return if i am on a business trip again down this way.
酒店员工非常友善、热情而且乐于助人。我的房间舒适又安静，所需的一切设施一应俱全。酒店旁边有几家餐厅很方便。经理人也非常好。我唯一不满的是，如果你不开车，那就要做好被出租车司机宰的准备了。我大概打了10家出租车公司电话，才终于叫到一辆去火车站的车，两分钟的路程竟然收了我22英镑，但这真不是酒店的错。
一家简洁便利的酒店，地理位置优越，非常适合中途停留或商务出差。
和朋友一起去参加婚礼，住在这里，房间干净整洁，工作人员非常好，感谢经理简的照顾，房间很漂亮，床很舒服，离婚礼场地很近，打车大约10分钟，我会推荐住在这里，旁边就是食品店
马桶边上沾了屎。帮我办理入住的女士人很好。酒店不错，就是有点老气。不过我离开那天发现马桶边上沾了点旧屎。看起来像是别人的屎。离开的时候我跟前台的女士说了，她解释说如果是我的，我会趁湿的时候擦掉。谁知道它在那里多久了，有多少客人来过？它还在吗？已经把“屎”改成了“poo”。
第三天，我从极度需要的睡眠中醒来，发现女经理在我房间里鬼鬼祟祟地走来走去，那天晚上 6 点 32 分，我看到她从我住的 4 号房间的浴室出来，她一定是注意到或听到我醒了，因为她朝出口走去，无视我的问候，我立即穿好衣服去了接待处，我问谁在我的房间里，那个男的回答说，不是我，我刚来值班！我说在你之前是谁？他回答说是女经理简！我一直没弄清楚，他们有一条规定，当客人在房间里时，任何工作人员都不得进入房间！她到底在里面干什么，还是很烦人。这个地方的 9 号房间 - 6 号浴室到卧室的天花板外墙上都有霉菌，当我擦拭这些的时候，他们好像是我错似的对我进行了责骂，我想建筑检查员会告诉你不同的说法 😀 最后我被指控在房间里吸烟，因为没有人看到我在前面抽烟！！ 女经理和吸烟同伴可能几乎每隔 15 分钟就会出去抽烟，但我不是***，也不想成为***，因此，我选择不再留在这个老鼠出没的地方，而且这里的管理也像古拉奇一样，需要对员工进行认真的改组，有几个员工可以更好地管理现在陷入困境的船，但当然，他们的努力必须得到看到和赞赏，而这些努力显然被管理层大大掩盖了。
我当时独自出行，因为一位家人在科尔切斯特医院病得很重，不幸于第二天早上去世。凌晨12点20分，我被人用拳头猛击房门惊醒。是夜班经理，据说是因为有人在他们的房间里吸烟。我感到威胁和恐惧，担心有人随时会破门而入。我根本睡不着。我再也不会住在这里，也不会再住Travelodge酒店了。
