Sammy was amazing! Travelled with my two daughters 11 and 12 and she made them feel special and ensured we all enjoyed out day/night. As a customer Service Manager, I would 100% employ Sammy, Travel Lodge is so lucky to have her.

Ideal location for my needs with parking. Reception on 1st floor -signposted with lift and stairs access. Friendly welcome at reception, Room was clean, tidy with a simple effective heater - easy to operate and with easy to read temp settings (best I’ve seen in a long while in a room).

The reason gave good score is because used this lodge several times and every time has been a great experience. We are welcomed in a friendly manner. Easy check in. Great location. Rooms always well maintained and clean. Comfortable and bed is a fantastic sleep. Shower good plenty of hot water. The bar area and breakfast very good. Well worth the money. Happily stay again

We were in St Austell for business and after a six hour drive and a full working day, were looking for a comfy bed for the night. We were given the keys for Room 003 on the ground floor facing the car park. The room was tired and had a nasty odour. Tried to open the window but there was a group of the hotels ‘residents’ (Council has a contract to house homeless, which is commendable but I wish we had known this on booking the room) smoking right outside the room. The noise from the stairs as they all came down to smoke (on what seemed like 45 minute intervals) as a group was ridiculous. We had to have the to on loudly to drown out their conversations which got louder each time they converged. My suggestion is house one of those residents in Room 003 as I doubt they will care about the stench of cigarette smoke. We ended up leaving at 0700 after the worst sleep ever in a hotel. Never, ever again!

Excellent friendly kind staff dealt with not only ourself but a first aid incident on car park. Caring supporting and meet all our needs. Sammy is absolutely fantastic along with their colleagues. Pizza is spot on too !

Trip has been fantastic so far. Came for my 21st birthday to see some friends, came down with my dad. The trip in general has been lovely, but the highlight has to be Sammy at the Travelodge. Charming, attentive and friendly, I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome back to Cornwall. Absolutely perfect.

酒店与火车站和市中心有一段距离，房间尚算干净，但有一浸霉味，最难接受是只有30分钟免费wifi，之后就要收费，在这个年代还有需要wifi收费的酒店，确实难以理解
