It was my first time in Ayr and it didn’t let me down. The staff at the travelodge were so lovely and their knowledge of the local area was great and the room was lovely and it was quiet as well what’s a bonus

Great check in with helpful female and welcoming. Accessable room next to reception and spotless and roomy! Everything working and good shower with plenty towels. ......Even got a cheerful goodbye when I checked out early. Mostly travellodge is a good standard but what sets it apart is a friendly manner which I don't always experience however I would return here!

Stayed at Travelodge Ayr before flight out of Prestwick airport. Friendly reception all questions about local amenities answered efficiently. Room was warm and comfortable for our short stay. Will use again as required.

Over all the room was bright and clean. On closer inspection there were a couple of ring marks ion the bathroom tops. The bed was very comfortable. Some noise from the main road outside my room but nothing too disturbing. I slept soundly. No breakfast facilities within the hotel. I wouldn't recommend their breakfast on the hoof option. Hotel has a nice cafe next door which does a great breakfast. Easy to get to town centre, beach and race course from here.

朋友邀请我去艾尔玩，我带着两只上了年纪的拉布拉多犬，所以就订了Travelodge酒店，因为上面写着欢迎带狗入住。结果这地方不仅不适合狗狗，对我来说也一样，因为房间离正门特别远。我这辈子都没这么费劲儿进出过房间。房间闷热不通风，我想让窗户透透气，结果发现窗户被什么东西挡住了，根本开不了多少。真不知道我们是怎么熬过那一夜的，第二天早上我恨不得立刻离开那里，重获自由。早知道就睡在车里了。
注意，房间里没有空调，我们只能拉上窗帘……我们难以入睡，甚至穿着衣服待在房间里都觉得难受，不得不冲个凉水澡，穿好衣服，立刻逃到附近其他地方……室外温度大约21摄氏度……这栋楼的隔音效果肯定很差，因为即使关上窗户，也能透过劣质的玻璃听到交通噪音。
我们驱车320英里，却被拒绝入住，尽管房间下午1点就准备好了，除非额外付费。我们订的房间紧邻一条主干道，所以晚上大部分时间都很吵。免费Wi-Fi简直是个笑话，每天只有30分钟。如果你带着小孩，他们很容易感到无聊，或者会把手机信号打断，这又是一项额外的开销。周六晚上要150英镑以上，根本不值。
房间勉强干净，但没有任何服务，很吵，没有空调，只有风扇。急需升级改造。不会再来了。
