This hotel was perfect for the airport, easy to get to on the train from Pitlochery. The Hotel Manager provided me with lots of fantastic info before arriving and is a star to the business. I would recommend this hotel to anyone clean tidy and excellent service.

Stayed the night before our flight out of Prestwick and it was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable and quiet and Stuart on the desk was lovely. Great little coffee place/bar right next door. Perfect, thank you!

Stayed overnight for work, when leaving, I forgot my phone adaptor and laptop charger, I on only realised when I got back home....400 miles away 🙃 I called the hotel, and they kindly returned my forgotten items to me. Excellent service, very kind and helpful staff, hoping to be able to visit again soon. Thank you all so much 😊

我们入住的时候，酒店员工不太友好，也帮不上什么忙。我们订的是双床房，但他们却给了我们一张双人床，并说没有多余的房间可以换。后来又说可以住家庭房。结果单人床是那种简易折叠床，看起来好像都没打扫干净。马桶冲水也有问题。下次不会再住了。
这家酒店在英国被归类为经济型酒店，所以我并没有抱太大期望。员工友好热情，乐于助人。房间里没有冰箱，而且只有30分钟的免费Wi-Fi，这有点令人失望。酒店交通便利，靠近A77公路，而且隔壁就有一家很不错的餐厅，因为Travelodge酒店本身并不提供餐饮服务。
房价对于预算有限的旅客来说还可以接受，但如果房价超过每晚60英镑，肯定会引起强烈反对。
朋友邀请我去艾尔玩，我带着两只上了年纪的拉布拉多犬，所以就订了Travelodge酒店，因为上面写着欢迎带狗入住。结果这地方不仅不适合狗狗，对我来说也一样，因为房间离正门特别远。我这辈子都没这么费劲儿进出过房间。房间闷热不通风，我想让窗户透透气，结果发现窗户被什么东西挡住了，根本开不了多少。真不知道我们是怎么熬过那一夜的，第二天早上我恨不得立刻离开那里，重获自由。早知道就睡在车里了。
注意，房间里没有空调，我们只能拉上窗帘……我们难以入睡，甚至穿着衣服待在房间里都觉得难受，不得不冲个凉水澡，穿好衣服，立刻逃到附近其他地方……室外温度大约21摄氏度……这栋楼的隔音效果肯定很差，因为即使关上窗户，也能透过劣质的玻璃听到交通噪音。
我们驱车320英里，却被拒绝入住，尽管房间下午1点就准备好了，除非额外付费。我们订的房间紧邻一条主干道，所以晚上大部分时间都很吵。免费Wi-Fi简直是个笑话，每天只有30分钟。如果你带着小孩，他们很容易感到无聊，或者会把手机信号打断，这又是一项额外的开销。周六晚上要150英镑以上，根本不值。
房间勉强干净，但没有任何服务，很吵，没有空调，只有风扇。急需升级改造。不会再来了。
