Ellen was brilliant and helpful. I'm a regular customer. She helped me a lot when I turned up and she's very professional. She's a good example of a Travelodge employee and didn't fail to disappoint

Lovely location right in the high street. We went there on Saturday and witnessed local performances too. Bus stops 2 mins walk. Right next to a big Iceland. Nice clean and comfy room and no noise at all. Were greeted lovely by Lyn who answered to all your requirements. Also, gave us early check-in though we didn't book beforehand. Allowed to keep food in the fridge too. She is a gem and you can tell she loves what she does. Thanks Lynn, we'll defo come back.

Everything was smooth from start to finish, clean and organised! Lynn was a breath of fresh air to be welcomed by, even suggested some amazong little pubs and cafes nearby! Thank you Lynn

Having stayed in very many Travelodges over the years, I keep returning to Christchurch Travelodge for the simple reason that the staff there GENUINELY do their best to make every guest's stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible, and are unfailingly kind and friendly. This is very rare and is the reason for it always being my first choice - and we do always have a choice.
