Great experience at this hotel. Staff incredibly helpful on particular Andrea who couldn’t have done more for us on our stay, helping to move us to a ground floor room to accommodate a disability and helped us with bags to our room. Andrea was very helpful in advising the best local takeaways we could get delivered and gave us cutlery and plates. Nothing was too much for the staff all very helpful, can’t remember the other staff members name. The hotel is very clean room and bathroom was spotless and the hotel was great value for money. Would stay here again and would recommend this Travelodge to others

The room was very clean, warm and comfortable. Every time I saw Jo one of the house keepers she always had a smile on her face and said good morning, she was very helpful if I needed anything and is a credit to the company. I will definitely stay again

I have stayed several times over the last month and always impressed with the cleanliness and service received. The rooms accommodate my dog who travels with me - now the team know my dog they make a fuss and make her feel welcome. There's a lady who's often on the reception desk (Andrea) that always makes my stay extra special, you check in after a long day knowing that everything will go smoothly and nothing is too much trouble - amazing customer service skills, never stops smiling and asset to the team. Great place to stay.

Easy check in/out, friendly receptionist. Very clean, big comfy bed with nice linen. No noise from inside or out, slept very well. Amazing value

We regularly stay at Travelodge Stoke Talke and the member of staff Andrea is exceptional, friendly and approachable. From walking through the door she makes you feel welcome always available to help out with anything you need Overall everytime we have stayed at Travelodge Stoke talke she had made our experience the best it can be.

This hotel is very well run and managed. The staff, especially Andrea (always smiling and happy to help on any issues or questions) provide a great friendly welcome every time I need to stay for the week on business. The service is superb, hotel is clean, guests are respectful so its more quiet than a Premier hotel. Good size bathroom and hot showers, lots of parking spaces.

前台员工非常友好，乐于助人。房间有点陈旧，刚到的时候就闻到一股难闻的气味。房间里弥漫着一股尿骚味。我试过把浴室的门关上，但气味依然存在。床上用品等一切看起来都很干净，闻起来也没什么异味。我只是说不出是什么原因。这已经不是我第一次在Travelodge酒店房间里闻到难闻的气味了。
很棒的员工，尤其是 Andrea，她总是乐于助人，而且她对公司也很有好处，Andrea 是我公司使用 talke travelodge 的唯一原因，她总是面带微笑，让我们总是感到受欢迎，谢谢你，Andrea 做得很好
这是一家 Travelodge 酒店，所以没有期待什么大问题，我们入住时，工作人员很热情，酒店有一点奇怪的味道，房间里很干净，但我能闻到一种只能解释为奶酪脚的味道（不是我的），床很舒服，浴室有点过时，但可以使用，预订时我以为酒店有空调，但很遗憾没有，所以我们睡得不好，不幸的是酒店没有餐厅或任何相连的东西，马路对面有一家 Gregg's 和地铁，但我对此不感兴趣
