Could do with some good quality mattresses and pillows as a bit hard and lumpy but all in all the staff are great Sharon is amazing and the other girls are great and friendly too.

Great hotel for a short stay. Clean and friendly staff. Accessible to the roads to Norwich and Great Yarmouth is perfect. Several good restaurants in the area.

Room for improvement, reception gave a distinctly poor welcome. Carpet & bathroom floor not very clean. Bed lovely and comfortable and very clean. Room temperature was pleasant. Lots of hype on the website about the recent refurbishment, probably best not to mention this as it raised my expectations and nothing was noticeably different.
