Great location. The room had a great view over the bridge. A tiny bit of road noise but was fine. Rooms are basic but clean and well maintained. Check in was friendly and welcoming.

Always a lovely place to stay. Staff are all excellent, always very friendly and willing to help. Never had a bad stay here in all the years we have been coming. Many thanks to lovely Lisa, Simon, Pushpa who cooked the lovely breakfast and the lovely girl on the 3 -11 shift. Always a delight to talk to and so kind and helpful. Thankyou all. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL We stayed Sunday 28 - 30th Dec, only to discover the room was infested with bed bugs. Toilets look.like they've been recycled from a primary school, very low, and filthy dirty, black.toilet rims, mould in Bath, stained badly, table in oven space had chunks missing out of it - extremely noisy, kids running riot well past midnight, think families placed there as temporary accommodation by council, but totally unruly behaviour. Staff are absolutely great, but the building needs a complete refurb ASAP, but it is a really filthy place to stay at , definitely not recommended to anyone.

令我震惊的是，这家酒店竟然允许非残疾人士占用所有残疾人士停车位，让残疾人士苦苦寻找停车位。如果您不是残疾人士且未佩戴残疾人证，则在残疾人专用停车位停车是违法的，但酒店却允许他们这样做，既不向他们发放罚单，也不促使停车场管理公司发放罚单，这种行为必须进行调查并予以制止。酒店正在推广这种非常可耻的行为，不尊重残疾人士的独立性，并可能使他们面临危险，因为他们最终不得不将车停在酒店外，任何事情都可能发生。作为一名残疾人士，我不得不将车停在马路对面，费力地穿过马路，因为非残疾人士自私地占用了酒店为我预留的停车位。
我见过最无知、最不友好的接待员。当他意识到我在写这篇评论时，他拒绝在酒吧为我和我的朋友服务（！！！！）他一直问我写了什么评论，简直是笑话，我肯定这是我最后一次住这家酒店了。
我们在去多佛的路上偶然停在这里。房间很大，我们儿子的床只有床垫套，没有床单，但他们立即给了我们另一张床单。我很喜欢咖啡/茶设施。几乎在市中心，在一家超市前面。在继续前往多佛之前，梅德斯通被证明是最佳选择。美丽的大教堂和有趣的城市博物馆（免费）。
