From setting foot in the door Karen was lovely, she welcomed me in, explained things well and couldn’t have been friendlier, it makes a refreshing change from most hotels in my experience. Upstairs the rooms smell freshly cleaned and everything is immaculate.

Welcomed by Karen on the desk who was very friendly. Advised me to input my registration to avoid car parking fees and restrictions. Room had been cleaned and serviced by Erin, no complaints! Top notch service!

Kasey was so helpful when I needed towels and extra toilet roll as I was working odd hours the cleaner couldn't get in my room
我们住的房间面向马路，我猜可能是房间的双层玻璃有问题，因为我们能清楚地听到每辆过往车辆的噪音——有些还是飙车党，引擎声特别大。我们向前台反映了（因为他们问我们晚上过得怎么样），他们也表示了歉意。至于他们有没有上报问题，我就不知道了。
一进酒店，一位名叫切尔西的年轻女士就接待了我，她真是太棒了。我在这里住了几个晚上，经常加班，所以早上回来睡个好觉，准备下一班。我起床去洗手间时，听到员工们在说一些我认为是另一位员工的坏话。我出去抽烟，看到经理身边有一个矮个子戴眼镜的女孩，那个女孩早上7点在接待处，还有另一位女士，不知道她是谁，我走过时，她们还在说那个女孩的坏话。当这家酒店还有人住的时候，这些话是绝对不该说的！因为员工们说的话，我不会再住在这里了。
今天早上刚刚离开这家令人惊叹的酒店，离开酒店时我心情很好，因为我不是当地人，通常住在南泰恩赛德的酒店，所以需要指路和其他事情，经理凯伦看到我当时的状态，面带灿烂的笑容迎接了我们，真的帮助我平静下来，老实说，非常感谢，我会再来的💗karen，非常感谢你所做的一切:)你的善意没有被忽视 xx
房间热得离谱。房间因道路交通而噪音大得离谱，22:30 房间还没准备好。不知道为什么。3 个人只有 2 条毛巾。但很便宜
我每周在旅行旅馆住 4 晚，这是我住过一段时间以来最干净的旅馆之一。前台的凯伦非常友好，非常热情。房间总是干净清新。这是我住在这里的第四周，没有什么可抱怨的。
