As soon as we walked in the room, the stench of raw sewage hit us. Our friends room a few doors away was the same. The bed my husband slept in was so uncomfortable that he struggled to walk the next morning as his back was in bits. The room was very basic and not very inviting and the toby carvery next door wasn’t much better. I recommend you give this place a wide berth.

Good location after a long day, the Toby Carvery is very convenient too. It appeared that a previous resident must have had an impromptu bandage session and decided to use the aerial lead for something other than TV reception 😀 Jasmine on the front desk had things sorted in no time. A relaxing evening of TV was enjoyed after a blow out Carvery 🙂

Very enjoyable stay we was welcomed by the supervisor on check in with a smile helped with anything we needed during our stay we have already booked to come and stay again rooms are clean and fresh

It's a old building but inside its clean just what you need for a good night sleep staff are all polite respectful and helpful my nights sleep was great no disturbances I will be visiting again before Christmas

房间很舒适，床睡起来也很舒服。淋浴设施不错，房间里也有咖啡和茶水供应。
我们凌晨2点才到，但这完全不是问题。一位名叫莫妮克的可爱女孩（我记得是这个名字）接待了我们，还让我们用了她的手机处理一个急事。她热情的欢迎让我们感到非常感激。
早上我向另一位女员工要熨衣板和熨斗，她也很快就帮我解决了。住了两晚，又遇到一位男接待员，他帮助我叫了一辆出租车去卢顿机场，因为需要打电话预订，这位绅士甚至用他的手机帮我打的电话。
酒店旁边的Toby餐厅也需要翻新装修，尤其是卫生间，气味非常难闻。
房间里只有速溶咖啡，而且是用一个老式烧水壶冲泡的，真的太落伍了。酒店应该更清楚地说明，早餐需要从酒吧区提前预订并付款！！！
总的来说，性价比还可以，员工的服务非常出色，但酒店的装修和清洁状况有待现代化升级。酒店位置需要开车前往，因为它距离北安普顿市中心大约5英里。
我去过这家酒店好几次了，我很喜欢它。这个地方很安静，可以享受安静，很方便，很舒服。 床上用品摆放整齐，工作人员非常干净和柔软）我想你会有宾至如归的感觉）））我推荐它。
