Very pleasantly surprised.The room was spotless.The bathroom was sparkling clean.The only hitch was although there were 2 mirrors 1 in the bathroom and a long 1 on the side wall.It would have been nice to have 1 above the table where you could sit and do your hair and makeup. The lady on Reception was very pleasant and helpful she told us where to catch the bus to go into Liverpool.We will definitely come back.I think the receptionists name was Dawn.

The hotel was clean, warm and quiet. The bedding was fresh and bed comfortable , room was well aired. staff greeted us politely on arrival, check in was quick and easy

I often stay at this Travelodge when visiting the area the rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The staff are always there with a welcoming smile and friendly attitude highly recommend

Feel so bad giving three stars because the lady on reception was amazing and the place was spotless but I found it so noisy. Was in room 10 and felt like my bed might as well of been on the central reservation of the M6. Was soooo difficult to sleep. I assume if you sleep on the opposite sides of the corridor it’s quieter. I mean my bed was comfortable and the room was clean but the windows didn’t block out the noise. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and staff but 1 out of 10 for sleep quality (and noise during the night) Sorry 🫣

Reliably good. Upgraded rooms and facilities are very welcome. Paid for WIFI is so Ryanair and Travelodge are the only chain still doing this. This needs to be included in the price as WIFI is a utility these days, like water. The Reception Team are always welcoming; on this occasion Hannah was welcoming guests, she does it very well, deftly balancing the need to be both personable and professional. In stark contrast to the stunning indifference you can receive from some hotel chains; where guests are nuisances and to be tolerated, usually with a face that would sour milk.

I have stayed in Bromborough Travelodge a good few times and my stay has always been great. This has been due to a lovely receptionist Hannah who is very friendly extremely helpful and nothing is to much trouble a great asset to Travelodge. Dennis Western Carbons .

The location is great, lot of good shops in the area within walking distance. Rooms are even better now as refurbished and really clean. Hannah the receptionist is amazing ,doing a good service and very helpful

Location, for me personally, perfect, the staff were very friendly & helpful, my room was very quiet (car park side), clean & comfortable. For the price, absolutely perfect, I stayed at the Village hotel on the second night, and I wish I’d come across the Travelodge before I bkd the Village hotel as it wasn’t as good for the price. I would definitely recommend, and would stay at this Travelodge again 👍🏻
